In high school physics teaching,although the optical as an elective content,also should be taken seriously.In daily life,the phenomenon of light everywhere,the views and ideas before students in the formal education formed the original structure of the students.Light phenomenon in the minds of students has formed a certain sense of sensibility,and through the junior high school learning of optical content,before high school optical learning,students will have many optical former concepts,some of which are consistent with the concept of science,and can serve as a starting point for new knowledge.But some of the former concepts are often lack of scientific nature,or even wrong.This article based on the human education version of ordinary high school curriculum standard experimental textbook physics elective 3-4 in the "Chapter thirteen light",ordinary high school physics course standard(experiment draft)and compulsory education physics curriculum standards(2011 edition)as the foundation,with the construction doctrine theory,D.P.Ausubel's studying theory of meaningful,Piaget's cognitive development theory as a guide.Based on the previous study on the former concept of optics,the questionnaire was set up,and the questionnaire was designed according to the survey index.The former optical concept was investigated by the grade two of senior high school students,and SPSS 21.0 software was used for data analysis.The study shows that: 1.The former concept of the student's is similar.2.The student's learning of the content is still wrong,reflecting the intuition of the former optical concept.3.Part of the former optical concept have differences in gender.4.There are many factors have an effect in the formation of former concept,including students' understanding,imagination,student experience,teacher teaching,textbook writing and so on.According to the research theory and research results,I make some suggestions for the teaching: 1.Pay attention to the concept of students and the convergence before the optical and junior high school and senior high school optical teaching.2.Be sure of the influence about the former concept of teaching.3.Research on relevant information about the change of former concept,and use of a variety of ways flexibly according to student characteristics.4.Pay attention to gender differences in learning optical,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
