Children from divorced families in rural areas are in the critical period of growth and development, the lack of family structure often causes certain psychological trauma to them, and then causes them to show a variety of psychological problems, such as isolation, indifference, inferiority, cowardice, anxiety, etc.the existence of these psychological problems makes some children lose energy, have no intention to learn, and then produce different degrees of learning weariness. Some school weary children play mobile phones in class, disturb the order of the classroom, have obvious resistance to teachers, and even have truancy and other phenomena.Early intervention in the problem of school weariness of these children can make them return to the normal learning track, saving not only their studies, but also their whole life.In this paper,The problem of school weariness of children from divorced families in rural areas was analyzed and studied through the methods and concepts of social work.First of all,all aspects of the situation of children from divorced families in school A were understood through interviews, observation and other methods,it was found that children in rural divorced families generally suffer from learning cognitive bias, lack of interest in learning, and frequent learning weariness. The formation of this situation was the result of the joint action of four factors: individual, school, family and society. On this basis, the group work plan has been specifically formulated, and the group work practice has been carried out to correct their learning cognition, enhance their self-control ability, guide them to master the correct learning methods and find their self-confidence in learning. Finally,by seeking the support of their families, the good learning mode they developed in the group work has been consolidated, and their weariness of learning was effectively relieved. In the process of group work intervention, some problems worthy of reflection have also been found, such as the limited scope of intervention, the lack of sustainability of intervention, the problem of group differentiation, and the limited services provided by families. To solve these problems,we need to strengthen efforts in the following aspects, including paying attention to the comprehensive application of social work methods, actively promoting the popularization of school social work, paying attention to every link of social work services, and improving the education system and environment of school weary children.
