High school is a golden period of physical and intellectual development,and a key stage of forming one's outlook on life,values on world.Therefore,high school education curriculum reform has attracted much attention.For biology,how to develop the core quality of biology has become the focus of talent cultivation in teaching.Improving students' logical reasoning ability as a teaching shortcoming has become a problem that must be solved.Logical reasoning ability is an important reflection of students' quality,so it should be paid attention to by all biology teachers.So as the research object,the author chose the high school students into the real high school biology class,view the normal class and routine teaching practice,use from the literature to understand the knowledge of theory of logic thinking,about how high school biology teachers according to students' actual situation on the logic thinking ability training practice and analysised the teaching activity.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and practice research to develop the practical research on the cultivation of logical reasoning thinking ability in senior high school biology class.Firstly,the research progress of logical reasoning ability at home and abroad is reviewed.Then by means of interview and questionnaire,the actual situation of biology teaching in a senior middle school is investigated and analyzed.Finally,teaching design and practice research are designed from three aspects of inductive reasoning,analogical reasoning and deductive reasoning respectively.In terms of classroom effect and students' feedback,it has achieved the expected effect of improving high school students' logical reasoning ability.The cultivation of logical reasoning ability in senior biology class can promote the development of personal ability and quality.However,the research in this field is still in the primary stage in China.The overall professional level of teachers is not enough and the thinking ability of students is low.For such a situation,the author summarized practical research experience and put forward some rough ideas,such as strengthening teacher training,paying attention to infiltrating logical reasoning thinking methods in class,organizing diverse extracurricular activities,etc.,in the hope of providing some references for front-line teachers in curriculum design.
