Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Ice And Snow Sports Talents In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

Talents have always been the backbone of social production and the most precious wealth of the country.The quality and quantity of talents are related to the level of national development.For ice and snow sports,the quality and quantity of ice and snow sports talents are related to the foundation and stamina of ice and snow sports development.Under the background of national preparations for 2022 Winter Olympic Games and Inner Mongolia preparations for the 14 th Winter Games in 2020,how to quickly train ice and snow sports talents has become an urgent problem.As an important place for talent cultivation,colleges and universities bear the heavy responsibility of talent cultivation.Inner Mongolia colleges and universities have been developing ice and snow talent training for a long time.However,due to many factors,such as economic foundation,cultural tradition and talent training mechanism,the problem of talent training in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities has become a key factor restricting the development of ice and snow sports.This year has entered the crucial year for the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games.Only with a large number of ice and snow sports talents,can we better complete the winter Olympic Games competitions,preparations and other work.Therefore,in order to cater for the successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,it is particularly important to train a group of excellent ice and snow sports talents who can meet the current social needs.Based on the research on the training of ice and snow sports talents in undergraduate colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper investigates the current situation of the training of ice and snow sports talents in Colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the relevant aspects of the training of ice and snow sports talents.It adopts various scientific methods,such as documentation,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis and so on,to train students and ice and snow sports talents.Investigations and studies have been made on the training objectives of snow sports talents,the training methods of ice and snow talents,the ice and snow curriculum,ice and snow teachers,ice and snow venues and venues.The research confirms that the overall quality of ice and snow sports talents in Colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is declining.From the beginning of the selection of raw materials,they are in a backward state.In addition,the number and utilization area of ice and snow venues are insufficient.The imperfection of stadium construction,stagnation in summer,the limitation of talent training objectives,and the inability of ice and snow sports talents to meet the social needs after training limit the current training of ice and snow sports talents in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities.These problems need to be dealt with from the above aspects to improve the level of ice and snow sports talents in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities.
