Analysis Of The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of The Judging Ability Of College Basketball Referees In Heilongjiang Province

In 2018,the 19 th People's Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing.The report of the Nineteenth National People's Congress emphasizes the development of China's sports industry and sports industry in the next five years.College students are the pillar of China's sports industry.In recent years,through the basketball matches of male and female high school students in Heilongjiang Province,college basketball referees have become the main force in the referee team.They have the dual advantages of physical talent and strong learning ability,and have a lot of time and energy to devote to the study of basketball referees.By using the methods of documentation and questionnaire,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the ability of basketball referees in ten colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province and puts forward relevant countermeasures.The influencing factors of Heilongjiang college basketball referee's judging ability are mainly embodied in the subjective and objective aspects.Subjective factors include self-awareness level,on-the-spot performance level,learning ability and interest training,referees' organizational management ability and adaptability.The objective factors include the mastery of theoretical knowledge,the speed of updating basketball rules and refereeing methods,the referee's independent working ability and cooperation ability.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of basketball referees' teaching staff in Heilongjiang Province,and improve the ability of college basketball referees by increasing theoretical teaching hours.Multimedia is applied to the teaching and training of college basketball referees,so as to improve the learning efficiency and knowledge reserve of college basketball referees.Strengthen the research on the training methods and means of Heilongjiang college basketball referees' executive ability.Colleges and universities should arrange theoretical and practical classes.Increase the teaching time of basketball referees' theoretical knowledge and opportunities of practical teaching,form a perfect promotion system,make basketball referees' skills become the indicators of assessing students,and establish a maturetraining system of college basketball referees,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the ability of college basketball referees.It is conducive to improving the ability of Heilongjiang college basketball referees,building the team of Heilongjiang college basketball referees,and promoting the development of Heilongjiang basketball career.
