Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Basketball Referees In Heilongjiang Province

Basketball referee,as one of the five working dimensions on the basketball court,has a huge impact on the development of basketball.With the continuous innovation of basketball tactics,the quality of basketball players has also constantly improved,and some changes in the rules of basketball have subverted people's cognition.In recent years,the comprehensive quality of the basketball referee team is still a gap between in Heilongjiang Province and other excellent provinces.It is an important task for us to build a team of basketball referees with excellent professional level and comprehensive quality.At this stage,the basketball referee team in Heilongjiang province is growing vigorously,but there are also some problems.Only by analyzing objectively and accurately the development status of the basketball referee team,analyzing the causes of the problems,and proposing the development direction and reform countermeasures of the basketball referee team,can make the basketball referee team in Heilongjiang Province develop healthily and the referee's executive level continuously improve.Therefore,the author,based on the research of other scholars,the author will use the methods of literature review,interview,volume investigation and mathematical statistics to form a clear train of thought according to the research of foreign scholars on the current situation of basketball referees in China and the existing advantages of referees in various provinces and cities in China.At the same time,the author will combine the group of basketball referees in Heilongjiang Province,so as to analyze the current situation of basketball referees in Heilongjiang Province more comprehensively and systematically.In the research process of this paper,a total of300 first-level,national and international basketball referees registered in 12 municipal sports administrations such as Harbin City,Qiqihar City,Mudanjiang City,Daqing City,Jixi City,Shuangyashan City,Yichun City,Hegang City,Qitaihe City,Heihe City adn Suihua City,were selected as the respondents through thequestionnaire method,and a variety of methods were used for the research.And then it will analyze the current situation of the referees and find out the problem that restricts the construction of the basketball referee team in Heilongjiang Province.Through the analysis of the current situation of basketball referees in Heilongjiang Province,the problems of basketball referees in Heilongjiang province are found out,and the improvement measures are put forward.The article will start from the following aspects: improve personal ability,cultivate professional ethics,cultivate system selection mechanism,create learning opportunities,increase the construction of young backbone team and so on.
