A Study On Influencing Factors Of CUBA Referee’s Ability In Shaan Xi Province

Nowadays,after more than 100 years of evolution and development,basketball has developed into an important competitive event in China because of its unique characteristics,attracting countless audiences and fans.CUBA(Chinese University Basketball League)is the top amateur league in China’s sports field from the level of competition scale,competition level,talent incubation and so on.A total of more than1600 teams participate in the competition every year,becoming the basketball hall in the hearts of more than 40 million college students in the country.Xi’an City,Shaan Xi Province has hosted many Chinese College Basketball League Shaan Xi Province preliminary match.Due to the continuous reform of the CUBA,the competition is more intense and suspense,which will greatly improve the appreciation of the competition.These have put forward the higher request to the Shaan Xi Province basketball referee’s execution ability,everybody needs a fair competition,at the same time can play the basketball skill,the tactics incisively and vividly stage,the referee plays an important role in this process,but the referee’s execution ability will be affected by many factors.This paper takes the referees of the 22 nd Chinese College Basketball League(Trials)in Shaan Xi Province as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,literature,logical analysis and interviews,this paper makes a careful analysis and argumentation on the present situation of the referees and the internal and external factors that affect their ability to hold the awards.The data obtained are statistically processed,and the data collected and the results of the statistics are analyzed,Then,through logical analysis,the collected data and results are analyzed and summarized,and the following conclusions are obtained:The main influencing factors of 1.are: internal factors: professional ethics,psychological factors,physical factors,experience factors,selection factors,observation factors,division of labor and coordination factors coordination factors,rules and rules and knowledge of referee law;external factors: host and guest factors,athletes and coaches interference factors and key field factors.The influence degree of the internal influencing factors of 2.influence on the referee’s ability of various levels of CUBA in Shaan Xi Province is:National level: professional ethics,adjudication experience,familiarity with rules and adjudication,division of labor,psychology,physical fitness,observation,selection.Level 1: familiarity with rules and adjudication,psychology,position selection,professional ethics,observation,adjudication experience,division of labor,physical fitness.Level 2: familiarity with rules and adjudication,professional ethics,psychology,selection,observation,division of labor,experience,physical fitness.The influence degree of the internal influencing factors of 3.influence on the referee’s ability of various levels of CUBA in Shaan Xi Province is:National level: athletes and coaches interfere,key events,home and away.Level 1: home and away,key events,athletes and coaches interfere.Level 2: key events,athletes and coaches interference,home and away.On this basis,the following recommendations are made:1.Shaan Xi Basketball Association or relevant departments on the basis of the original training,according to the influence of the factors affecting the ability of referees at all levels to refine the training and assessment of referees at all levels.2.For national referees,professional ethics,adjudication experience,rules and referee law familiarity,division of labor to focus on training.3.For the first and second level referees,the rules and referee law familiarity,professional ethics,training.4.Although referees can not control and change the uncontrollable external factors,they can overcome practical difficulties,enhance their self-confidence,and maintain a calm mind to the unexpected situation inside and outside the field.5.Formulate and perfect the relevant discipline system,meticulous the management system,establish the credibility of the referee,correct and guide the factors that affect the referee’s ability to execute the referee in time and form the experience and lessons.
