Since the introduction of "Internet +" by Premier Li Keqiang in the two sessions in 2015,"Internet +" has been increasingly involved in the sports field. The school sports reform respects individual differences, the curriculum resources are diversified, the teachers' core literacy requirements are high, and the learning environment is flexible and convenient. The development trend is reflected in the fact that the school sports education concept is updated more quickly, and the teaching content and teaching methods are more in line with the needs of contemporary students. However, the micro-course adapts to the rapid demand of knowledge in society with its short and precise characteristics, and it is also a hot topic in the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools.Based on the theory of constructivism and individualized learning, this study combines the characteristics of micro-courses to explore whether the application of micro-classes can improve the learning skills, interest, and learning satisfaction of primary school students, and through the teaching of micro-courses,Can have a positive impact on improving their physical fitness. In this study, interviews, questionnaires and experimental tests were used as research tools.Eighty students from the first class and the second class of the sixth grade primary school of Haiyi District,Beijing were used as experimental subjects. One class is a control class, and the traditional teaching method is used for physical education. The second class is an experimental class. In the traditional physical education class, the micro-course form is integrated into the physical education class. After studying the "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards" for primary school students,we will find the various skills items that should be mastered in the fifth grade physical education class. Before the experiment, the pre-test papers were distributed to the experimental class and the control class, and various sports skills were tested.According to the statistics,SPSS 20.0 was used to detect the skill scores of the physical education courses of the two classes of students.Differences, then experiment. After the experiment, questionnaires were distributed to the students of the two classes to understand the students' attitudes towards learning and the interest in physical education after using the micro-courses for physical education. In order to further clarify the attitude of the students, students from different experimental levels were selected from the experimental class for interviews. At the same time, the two classes were tested after the experiment to test whether the application of the micro-course to the physical education of primary school students can improve the students'sports skills learning effect. The results of the experimental research show that the teaching of physical education in the primary and middle school students through the micro-course,the performance of the students in the experimental class and the attitude of students participating in the physical education class have improved, and the scores of the students' various skills have also been significantly improved. Therefore,in the primary school physical education classroom teaching, the micro-courses are integrated into the traditional physical education classroom, which can better meet the students'learning and hunting psychology. It is effective and necessary to use the micro-courses as a new teaching method. In view of this research, the author believes that teachers should design more micro-courses to attract students in the physical education teaching, and constantly improve the micro-course video to achieve resource sharing. The application of micro-courses in primary school physical education classrooms has great advantages and research value for school sports workers, and needs to be continuously explored to better apply micro-classes in physical education classroom teaching.
