The new elementary curriculum of compulsory education stage has come to experimental in the nation, the curriculum reform of senior middle school stage is being implemented gradually. Whether the reforms obtain the anticipated effect, teachers' ability and quality are an important restriction aspect. The curriculum reform of "central student developing" proposes a higher request to the teacher without doubt, the degree of teacher's teaching skills displaying in the teacher teaching process will be deciding directly the teaching quality and the talented person's quality. Teachers as a profession, their professional behaviors have many traits and need some techniques which require special training. Along with the time progress, it also puts forward a higher request to teachers' teaching skills. Through the feedback of the teaching ability and teaching skills after the normal students coming to his post by the middle schools in the last few years, we discover the normal student teaching ability and teaching skills training have some shortcomings in the normal university. This question is caused mainly by two causes: one is the research of teaching ability and the skill training is insufficient in the last few years, two is the education training pattern of normal students needs improve a step further in normal university.This article elaborates the concept of teaching skills: we think teaching skills are a series of behaviors and ways which teachers can utilize the knowledge and the experience of teaching in the teaching process to stimulate the student study and achieve the teaching goal, also the teaching skills may be mastered through studying and practicing, consolidated and developed in the practice. And we have pointed out the teaching skills' characteristic, structure and connotation. The article proposes ten basic physical teaching skills which physics normal student should master on the basis of general educational model: The teaching design skill, the set induction skill, the explaining skill, the inquiry skill, the teaching demonstration skill, the strengthening skill, the teaching condition change skill, the closure skill, the blackboard writing skill and the classroom control skill and so on, and has researched separately.This article also introduces briefly the knowledge and reasonable ability structure which the physics normal students should master, and some basic requests to them in information time under the situation of information time and the new curriculum reform.Micro teaching is one kind of most effective pattern for training the normal student teaching ability in normal university in present. But the existing training pattern of normal student teaching skills has some insufficiencies, should make some essential adjustment and reform. We should act according to the teacher specialization time demand and the elementary education reform development reality, and integrate the teaching of "Theory of Physical Instruction", In order to cultivate the normal students course knowledge, the education theory knowledge transforms as the teaching skills, comprehensively raise the physical normal students' physics teaching ability and cause the student to master the lifelong study and the education scientific research skills, excavate micro teaching intrinsic value and function, and carry on the essential reform and consummation to its pattern to construct the physical micro teaching system which tally with the modem education idea and operating easily, promote the normal students' ability and basic teaching skill training.The paper mainly focuses on three aspects: The research of teaching skills and the physics normal students' basic teaching skills; The ability and other skills which the physics normal student should master under the new situation; The achievements made in micro teaching, the properties and the research objects of micro teaching, micro teaching theoretical model and training process, the research of the teaching skills which micro teaching to train, and propose four suggestions about improving and consummating micro teaching.Micro teaching is a model of cultivating the normal students which was initiated by Professor Dwight Allen and his Colleagues to raise normal students in Stanford University. And it carries out rapidly in England, Australia and so on. It spreads to our country in the 1980s, and has made some progress. We think that the physical micro teaching is a theory, method and means under the instruction of the education theory, the scientific methodology and the seeing and hearing theory, take advantage of modem education technologies to study the microscopic physics classroom teaching, train physics normal students classroom skills and the creativity of teaching. Form a set of teaching strategy system and science procedure which be possible to control and operate. The most major characteristic of micro teaching is practice operation. We think a quite ideal micro teaching procedure should be composed by following six steps: (1)the study of micro teaching theory and the teaching skill theory before practice; (2) determine the training skills and content, compile the micro teaching lesson plan; (3) provide the outstanding teaching behavior demonstration; (4) micro teaching practice; (5) the self- appraisal and reconsidering and the feedbacks of expert; (6) revise lesson plan and carry on micro teaching practice again.Micro teaching still exists some questions in the teaching skills training at present. Such as the research of the theory of micro teaching and the teaching skills is insufficient, the curriculum is unreasonable, the application of modem information technology is insufficient. The author also proposes four suggestions about enhancing and improving the normal student teaching skills training effect. We hope offer some promoting and reference function to the normal university micro teaching and the training of normal students teaching skills.
