With the development of information technology and economic globalization,the demand of society for compulsory education is increasing day by day.As one of the three main courses,mathematics plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' rational thinking.Because junior high school is a transitional stage connecting primary school and senior high school,the society and schools have higher requirements for junior high school mathematics teachers.Only by improving their teaching level and promoting their professional growth can junior middle school mathematics teachers adapt to the development and requirements of the society.Listening to lectures has played an important role in promoting the professional development of teachers.However,there are still some problems in the current listening to lectures of junior middle school mathematics teachers,resulting in the failure of the expected effect.The idea of this study was to understand the status of junior middle school mathematics teachers' listening to lectures by means of literature review,interview and investigation,and then to analyze the reasons for the low effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics teachers' listening to lectures,to propose corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons.In this paper,the literature review of junior middle school mathematics teachers listening to the relevant theories were sorted out.According to the literature analysis and interview analysis,combined with their own teaching practice to develop a questionnaire.The questionnaire was divided into five parts,including basic information,effect of listening to lectures,ways of listening to lectures,several questions after listening to quality classes and personal information.The focuses were on the effect of listening to lectures,listening to the way and listen to the quality of the class after the survey of problems.A total of 48 questionnaires were collected through colleagues' paper version and classmates' electronic version.By using excel office software,the statistical analysis of the survey results were presented in diagrams.After analysis,The external reasons for the low effectivenessof middle school mathematics teachers' listening to lectures as follows.Firstly,the lack of listening training;secondly,the system is not perfect;thirdly,the complexity of the classroom;fourthly,the limitations of listening to lectures;fifthly,the limitations of quality class activities.The personal reasons for the low effectiveness of junior middle school mathematics teachers in listening to lectures include the following aspects.Firstly,not fully prepared before the lecture;secondly,listen to lectures in the process of unreasonable way;thirdly,after the lecture evaluation attention is not enough;forthly,the understanding of the activities of lectures is one side;fifthly,insufficient understanding of quality class activities;sixthly,he did not treat the lectures as a researcher.In view of these reasons,put forward the junior middle school mathematics teachers to improve the effectiveness of listening to the teacher countermeasures.By the first,mobilize their own initiative in listening to the teacher;the second,make necessary preparations before attending the class;the third,in the process of listening to lectures grasp the details of listening to lectures;the fourth,after the class in a timely manner review reflection;the fifth,the enhancement own teaching level and the specialized level;the sixth,take the researcher's attitude to attend a lecture the activity.Finally,the case analysis of the class activity is carried out.
