Nowadays,with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the concept of core literacy has become more and more demanding for educators.The growth of front-line teachers as service education is worthy of attention.Teachers' classroom teaching needs to change,gradually changing from teachers to students.Therefore,teachers are required to make corresponding changes in response to reforms.The teacher's growth process can be seen as a process of transition from a novice teacher to a skilled teacher and then to an expert teacher.It is of great significance and value to promote the development of teachers and guide the actual teaching from the microscopic and systematic perspectives to summarize and compare the characteristics of classroom teaching behaviors of teachers in different professional development stages.This study focuses on the characteristics of classroom teaching behaviors of novice,skilled and expert teachers under different themes in the normal classroom,and describes them in depth.This research mainly includes the following aspects: ·Basic research content: This paper summarizes the domestic and international teachers'professional development stage and teaching behavior related literature,and theoreticallyelaborates and defines the basic connotation of this research.The chemistry classroomteaching behavior feature coding system and implementation quality evaluation systemare expounded,so as to construct the analysis framework of chemistry classroomteaching behavior characteristics.·Core research content: Analyze the formal and substantive characteristics of theclassroom teaching behaviors of chemistry teachers in three different professionaldevelopment stages: novice teachers,skilled teachers and expert teachers.Specifically,itcontains three content themes: “Themes of Reaction Principles”,“Themes of InorganicProperties” and “Themes of Organic Properties”.·Comparative research content: Compare the differences in chemistry class teachingbehavior characteristics between novice teachers,skilled teachers and expert teachers,and explore whether there are significant differences between the three,using acombination of quantitative research and qualitative analysis.
