Since Flavell proposed the concept of "meta-cognition",there have been many theoretical studies on it at home and abroad,and the ability to train students to use metacognitive strategies has become a new direction of modern teaching.The existing practice research finds that the level of students' metacognitive strategies is closely related to students' ability to solve physical problems.This paper uses the relevant theories of metacognitive strategies as a guide to analyze the thinking process of solving physical problems.The type of physical problem in the high-physical compulsory one,find out the difficulty of the physical problem,and combine the metacognitive strategy with solving the physical problem.Choose the appropriate class among the 2018 high school students in Jianhu County No.2 Middle School in Yancheng City,namely,Gao Yi(7)class and Gao Yi(9)class,and train the relevant students to train meta-cognitive strategies and guide them.Students use metacognitive strategies to solve physical problems,thereby improving academic performance and achieving the desired results.In this paper,the students of 2018 high school(7)and high school(9)classes are trained in metacognitive strategies.This paper mainly starts from six steps,that is,through interviews to understand the teachers and students' treatment of metacognitive strategies.Attitude,so that teachers and students can understand the specific content of the “meta-cognitive strategy”;prepare a questionnaire based on the specific content of the meta-cognitive strategy,and test the students in the high school(7)and high school(9)classes.Using the level of metacognitive strategies to provide a basis for the subsequent teaching practice;combined with the actual teaching activities of high school students,formulate teaching methods and strategies that can be implemented to train students' metacognitive strategies;One(9)class implemented the teaching methods and strategies for cultivating metacognitive strategies,and collected relevant feedback information;according to the results of the experimental class Gaoyi(9)class and the control class Gaoyi(7)class Using the questionnaires of metacognitive strategy level,etc.,analyze the differences between classes,the differences between boys and girls,and the differences between students at different levels of excellent and poor,and draw practical results;According to the results obtained by processing to reflect on the shortcomings of the current teaching practice.The author cultivates students' ability to use metacognitive strategies mainly from the following three aspects: combining the actual teaching activities of high school students,formulating the teaching methods and strategies that can be implemented to train students' metacognitive strategies,in the selected experimental class Gao Yi(9)The class implements a good teaching practice plan,and implements the“meta-learning list” and “difficult inspiration list” to cultivate students' ability to use meta-cognitive planning strategies;through the implementation of “learning self-checking table” and “test self-checking form” ""Review point list of knowledge points" to cultivate students' ability to use metacognitive monitoring strategies;to develop students' ability to use metacognitive assessment strategies by implementing evaluation learning,analysis and summarizing questions.Finally,this article lists four typical problem cases—“Following,Meeting Problems”,“Uniformly Variable Linear Motion Problems”,“Newton's Second Law Problem” and “Strength Synthesis and Decomposition Problems” to show how students use them.Metacognitive strategies to solve physical problems.After a period of training,the results of this practical study are summarized and considered.The results show that:1.After a period of metacognitive strategy training,students' ability to solve physical problems has improved.2.Through metacognitive strategy training can narrow the gap between physical and mental performance of high school boys and girls.3.Through metacognitive strategy training can make excellent students significantly improve physical performance,so that medium students significantly improve physical performance,but for students with learning difficulties,metacognitive strategy training has no significant help.
