Metacognitive strategy is implementation for ongoing learning activity process of self-monitoring, this process can be roughly divided into three parts: planning strategy, monitoring strategy and adjustment strategy. High school physics dynamics is the important and difficult in physics teaching material.The students grasp the universal existence certain difficulties on it. Good use of metacognitive strategy, dynamics of high school physics is a great help to resolve the problem.This paper through the study of relevant literature, in-depth understanding of the features of high school physics dynamics problems, the solution and thinking, metacognitive strategy and its role in the solution of physical problems, on the basis of research, compiled the kinetics of high school physics problem solving the problem of metacognitive strategy questionnaire and the questionnaire, and select the southern jiangsu and northern jiangsu’s four schools(three-star and four-star) school and grade school of science living as samples on the investigation. And then, according to the questionnaire data statistics and analysis, problem solving in the dynamics of the current high school students meta-cognitive strategy control condition, differences, and with the results of dynamic problems to solve, correlation is studied. Finally, make recommendations on dynamics problems of high school physics teaching based on the results of the survey.This research to promote the high school physics compulsory part of the teaching, improve the level of high school students meta-cognitive strategy and optimize high school graduating class physics dynamic part of the review has practical significance.
