Since Problem-Based Learning(PBL)spread to the education circle in our country,traditional and new education are constantly colliding and merging.The "problem-based"physics teaching pattern,based on the educational reality of our country,having modified the western PBL teaching,is suitable to our national conditions,thus can be quickly accepted by the majority of teachers and students.With the reform and innovation of our education system and the continuous improvement of teaching goals,the traditional "spoon-feeding" teaching pattern can not cultivate innovative talents for the society,as people who are trained under the system of traditional education lack the ability of life-long learning and autonomous learning.The"problem-based" teaching pattern focuses on the improvement of students' scientific experimental literacy,the training of autonomous learning ability,the cultivation of team coordination ability,and the formation of critical spirit of questioning the authority,which is more suitable to the ultimate goal of cultivating social talents.Combining the problem with his teaching practice,the author chooses to focus on the problem based on the practice of high school students' physical thinking ability cultivation.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,and understands the current researching situation home and abroad through consulting the relative documents,on which basis the content of the subject to be studied and the methods used are determined.The second part summarizes the definition of "problem-based" physics teaching and physical thinking in theory.The "problem-based" physics teaching was established in Yangzhou Teaching and Research Section in 2011.This paper expounds the educational ideas and principles in the process of detailed analysis of the implementation process of the teaching pattern.After referring to plenty of related documents,the current situation home and abroad was introduced,and the "physical thinking" was analyzed in detail,combining the academic definition of "thinking" with the characteristics of physics teaching.In the third part,I set up a questionnaire for the students' physical thinking,and conducted a sample survey of high school freshmen,and analyzed the students' physical thinking status according to the sample.Summarizing the characteristics of its physics thinking in four aspects:(1)The students' situation transfer ability is general,and they can not relate the physical knowledge learned to the actual life;(2)Students' image thinking gradually develops and tends to mature,and abstract thinking is beginning to form with needs to be developed;(3)The students' divergent thinking and convergent thinking are not satisfactory;(4)Students lack the ability of constructive thinking and cannot integrate scattered knowledge points into a complete knowledge system.In the fourth part,after comparing the common class with experimental class in many aspects,analyses were made,which indicated the influence of the "problem-based" physics teaching on cultivating the physical thinking of senior high school studentsIn the fifth part,conclusions of this practical research are drawn,affirming the feasibility of the "problem-based" physics teaching and its positive influence on senior high school students'physical thinking.The problems exposed during the research are also summarized in order to point out the right direction for further research.
