| Tujia students’physique has its own characteristics.Compared with Han students,Tujia students are lower in height,weight,flexibility,balance and explosive force.How to take certain measures to improve Tujia students’participation in physical education and improve their physical condition is an urgent problem to be solved in Tujia students’physical education teaching.The operation of national fitness is a traditional national sport,which combines the gentleness of national dance with the strength of fitness exercises.It has the characteristics of"health,strength and beauty",and has a certain improvement effect on Tujia students’physique.According to the announcement of the results of the National Students’Physical Health Survey in 2014,the growth and physical development level of Chinese students are constantly improving,and their nutritional status is constantly improving,but their physical health level has not been effectively improved.The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Reform of Several Major Issues in an All-round Way,adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,clearly points out that China Students need to strengthen physical education curriculum and extra-curricular self-exercise in order to promote teenagers’mental health and physical health,and further improve students’aesthetic education and improve students’aesthetic and humanistic qualities.In the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Non-material Cultural Heritage,passed and published in 2011,schools at all levels are required to carny out relevant non-material cultural heritage education to inherit ethnic groups.Traditional culture;Liu Xiaoli,Qian Jun,Lu Shenghua and other predecessors’research results show that Tujia students’ height,weight,flexibility,balance and explosive power in physical fitness test are lower than Han students.And in recent years,the results of physical testing showed a general downward trend.Therefore,this study is to apply national fitness exercises to Tujia students’physical education.The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of national fitness exercises on Tujia students’physical fitness,so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting Tujia students’physical health.At the same time,it provides some reference methods and ideas for the study of Tujia students’physique in other age groups.This study takes the physical changes of Tujia students in Enshi No.1 Middle School as the research object;128 Tujia high school students in Enshi No.1 Middle School as the experimental object,using the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to teach the experimental object a 10-week popular version of national calisthenics-"China Home".By analyzing the results of physical fitness test before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Popular version of national gymnastics has a positive impact on middle-distance running,vital capacity,sitting forwar-d and one-minute sit-ups of gir-ls in the physical fitness test of Tujia high school students.It is an effective way to improve the physical fitness of Tujia high school students.2.The influence of the popular version of National Gymnastics on the physical fitness test of Tujia high school students in the 50m,standing long jump and male lead-up remains to be studied.3.Popularized version of national gymnastics can significantly improve the test results of Tujia high school students,sitting forward bending,and has a positive effect on the relatively weak flexibility quality of Tujia high school students.4.Compared with Tujia male students,the popular version of national gymnastics teaching has a greater impact on the physical test results of Tujia female students.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.High schools in Tujia minority inhabited areas should actively carry out national gymnastics courses.2.Through the development of national fitness related activities,let students and teachers realize the real advantages of national fitness exercise.3.According to the different physiological and psychological characteristics of male and female students in senior-high school,the teachling of national fitness exercises with different styles and characteristics is carried out,so that both male and female students can improve their physical level by participating in the exercise of national fitness exercises.4.If the later resear-ch conditions permit,it is suggested that the study of the influence of National Gymnastics on the physique of students of different age groups be carried out,so as to obtain more comprehensive results. |
