In recent years,the frequent occurrence of campus bullying has caused serious harm to students' physical and mental development,aroused the attention of all sectors of society,and a series of policy documents have been issued to prevent and control campus bullying.Although the prevention and control of bullying on campus requires the joint efforts of all sectors of society,schools are the main field of students' learning and life.Teachers are the most closely connected,trustworthy and dependent people,especially primary school students,with weak self-protection ability and strong teacher-orientation.Therefore,the correct understanding and scientific treatment of school bullying by primary school teachers is the key to prevent and control school bullying.So,in practice,what is the status quo of primary school teachers' understanding and disposal of school bullying? Is there a problem? What are the factors affecting teachers' cognition and behavior? How to optimize? This is the basic logic of this study and focus on solving problems.On the basis of combing and analyzing relevant studies and policies on school bullying,this study conducted a survey on N primary schools in Q city by using questionnaire and interview methods.The survey was mainly conducted in two parts,namely,primary school teachers' cognition of school bullying and their disposal methods.Through the investigation,it is found that primary school teachers have problems in the cognition and disposal of school bullying.The cognitive problems are mainly reflected in the incomplete understanding of the concept features of primary school teachers,and there are disputes about "imbalance" and "repetition".There is bias in cognition of bullying type,and "verbal bullying" and "relational bullying" are ignored.Insufficient awareness of the seriousness of school bullying,attention to be improved.The problems in the disposal methods are mainly manifested in the over-conservative recommendation of strategies by primary school teachers and the lack of cultivation of resistance.A single approach to dealing with bullying and a lack of intervention skills;Lack of guidance and education on both sides of bullying,follow-up is not in place.The main reasons for these problems lie in the imperfect legal system,the lack of rational attention from social media,the lack of standardization in school management,and the restriction of teachers' ideas and abilities.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward optimizing measures from four aspects,the first to perfect the laws and regulations,the second to optimize public opinion direction,the third to strengthen school management,strengthen school management mainly from bullying prevention and control system and strengthen the construction of campus culture of bullying two aspects,the fourth to improve teachers' quality,improve the quality of teachers mainly from bullying learning system,democratic class system,to enhance their responsibility consciousness,improve the ability of bullying intervention,to coordinate the communication and cooperation in five aspects.
