Formal education which was received by children at their preliminary stage,primary school plays an important role in basic education.However,serious problems in school bullying behavior have greatly affected the education quality and brought great challenges to the teaching and administration management at the school level.The question of how to decrease school bullying behavior have now become an issue that primary school intending to promote “sunshine in school” have to approach and study intensively.To deal with such an issue,some other countries established anti-bullying intervention strategies,which have proved to be effective.Such a practice,however,has not been quite popular in our country and,as a result,there are few researches in this area.The paper carried out a survey on Guangzhou YY Primary School to find out through questionnaires how is the current situation of school bullying behavior.The study is carried as follows.Firstly,on the basis of a summary account of the fundamental theories of school bullying behavior and the current status of the research,I defined the relevant concepts and analyzed the need to carry out some research of school bullying behavior in primary school.Secondly,starting from the nine aspects,I made an investigation and analysis of the current situation on school bullying behavior which involving: awareness of bullying behavior?its popularity?cause of bullying behavior?choice of bullying objects?styles of bullying behaviors?gender differences on bullying behaviors ? high-occurrence locations of school bullying behavior?influence of bullying behavior and the attitude from different parts.To deal with those problems above,I propose five suggestions as follows: Firstly,introducing life-educational courses,encouraging individual development and enriching school life;Secondly,to bring in professionals and strengthen the family school social tripartite cooperation as to take intervening measures in school bullying behavior.Thirdly,to establish personal portfolios which were devoted to standardize pupils' behavior at school;Fourthly,intensify efforts to three proofings in school bullying behavior intending to creat a safe environment at school;Fifthly,administration management at the school level have to follow the rule of law and heighten law awareness and enhance law idea of pupils.
