A harmonious and safe campus environment plays an important role in the development of students.In China,campus bullying occurs frequently and at a younger age,primary school students are always the protagonists,which attracts the attention of all sectors of society.Campus bullying refers to the aggressive behavior among students through physical,verbal,social,network and other forms,which causes physical,psychological,property and other injuries to the other party.It has the characteristics of being involved in the imbalance of forces between the two parties and the subjective malice of perpetrator.Campus bullying is a kind of anomie behavior that children show in the process of socialization,which not only endangers the physical and mental health of primary school students,but also destroys the teaching order,and it is a cancer of building a harmonious society.Therefore,the effective prevention and treatment of bullying behavior in primary schools has important practical value for building a harmonious society and safe schools.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that bullying in primary schools is mainly manifested in the following aspects: bullying behavior in primary school is quite common,the incidence rate of bullying behavior in upper grades is higher than that in lower grades,and the boys are more vulnerable than girls.The incidence rate of verbal bullying is the highest,followed by physical bullying and then indirect bullying.There was no significant grade difference in the incidence rate of different forms of bullying,and the incidence rate of physical bullying among boys is higher than that of girls,showing a significant gender difference.The places to be bullied are classrooms,playgrounds,other places of the school,corridors or halls.After being bullied,the order of prophets object from high to low is made up of friends,parents and teachers.Nearly half of teachers and parents are unimpressed by bullying.When others are bullied,most students will take steps to help the victim.Parents and teachers are the main forces in the prevention and treatment of campus bullying,but there are some problems such as insufficient understanding of bullying behavior,insufficient time to carry out corresponding education,lack of corresponding disciplinary power,and vague responsibility of prevention and management.Analysis of the survey results shows that the main causes of bullying behavior in primary schools are as follows: the weakening of moral education,the lack of mental health education and the lack of legal education lead to the hindrance of educational prevention;the prevalence of "anti-campus culture" and the promotion of violence aesthetics by online media promote bullying behavior;the absence of teachers' power of punishment and the legal vacuum become the refuge of bullies;the lack of custodian accountability system and the dereliction of duty of school management and control result in the absence of bullying management.In view of the causes of bullying in primary schools,the following prevention measures are put forward: optimizing moral education environment,carrying out mental health education,improving the long-term mechanism of legal education,and giving full play to the role of education prevention;strengthening media supervision,enriching campus culture,and guiding students to achieve self-realization;empowering teachers with the power of punishment and lowering the age of criminal responsibility to strengthen deterrence;clarifying the joint and several liability of the guardian of the bully and the legal liability of the relevant subject of the school to enhance the awareness of responsibility.
