Statements about integrated curriculum advertise and emphasize students' use of school knowledge to solve real world problem and the development of a more advanced cognitive thinking.But these conclusions are much more of a hypothesis and presupposed statement than a scientifically approved conclusion.China has indeed started to make the implementation of an integrated curriculum compulsory in primary school,but it has long gone unsupervised and even though some school has indeed successfully managed to create a school based integrative curriculum but the evaluation system was never put in place.The presupposed hypotheses established were in fact never justified,does this type of curriculum actually bring those changes to the students or is it just a myth?This research is an attempt to bring some answers to the previous question through literature analysis,interviews with curriculum makers,teachers and students,and through observations of the activities.The evaluation tool established was created using principles from moral education curriculum evaluation and integrative curriculum evaluation.We used three evaluation tables as observation tools.Each table are made to understand how motivated the students are about the activity,how much they learn right after coming out of the memorial site and how much of their learning did they retain five months after the activity.The objective of this research is to help the school know how much of their educational goals was attained by the end of the activity and to provide feedbacks for future integrated curriculum.My research brought me to three main conclusions:first Students lack motivation for the activities and that they do not know the objective of the activity implemented for them.Second,According to the parents,the performances of the students in "problem solving domain","cooperative learning domain" and "transfer of learning" are lower than their performances in other evaluation index.Finally,Five months after the activity,the students can remember knowledge related to their activities,have a basic assumption about what“??”is and are aware of the positive traits that they can imitate from the martyrs...
