Class is a special social group.In terms of general characteristics,there are the same interactions between its members in the class as in other social groups.Individual students grow up with others together through interaction in colorful and educational interpersonal relationships.A good student interaction structure is the basis of educational activities.Establishing a good student interaction structure is the core content of the class management.A reasonable interaction structure is of great significance to the growth of the class.Students can only develop mature understanding of the society and form their own personal identity through interactions with others.From the overall perspective of the class,only through a variety of interactions can the viable cohesiveness of the class be truly formed,a relatively stable interaction structure will be produced in the process of students' interactions.Which kind of interactive relationship structure is more conducive to the development of educational and teaching activities?Which kind of interactive relationship structure is more conducive to building a harmonious interpersonal relationship?These are the core issues of this paper.On the basis of the research model of interpersonal relationship measurement and interpersonal interactions,this thesis analyzes the factors that affect students'interpersonal relationships.Referring to the research and related concepts of interactive relationship structures at home and abroad and taking all the students in class 2,grade 5 in Experimental Primary School in S County,H City as the objects of the investigation,the study investigated the student interaction structure by using Moreno's interpersonal measurement method.The purpose is to understand the student interaction structure in a large class and its existing problems and to improve it.The study found that the interactions between individual students in the class are different.Starting from scratch,from exclusion to like,the overall student interaction structure is also uneven.Through the survey of "Primary School Senior Interval Relationship Survey Questionnaire",we learned the characteristics of the student interaction structure,and found that it is greatly affected by the personal characteristics such as gender,personality,ability,and so on.By comparison,we found some bad conditions in the student interaction structure in the class.From the micro and macro aspect,this thesis puts forward some proposals.For instance,the role of the core figures in the interactive group should be fully played;advantages of the interactive group should be discovered;positive factors must be protected;negative factors should be changed.Therefore,students5 interactive relationships can be built in the form of group competitions and a strong learning atmosphere can be formed.The controlling organization structure of the class should be broken so that space for fair competitions can be created by using the system.Various forms of activities should be carried out to stimulate the vitality of the students.The "adhesive"role of the head teacher should be fully played to form a good student interaction structure from points step by step.
