With the upgrading of educational informationization.information technology and education have been continuously integrated.Micro-lecture are welcomed teachers with their short,succinct and flexible use in the classroom.As a compulsory course in the primary and secondary schools,the information technology course has explored many theoretical and practical applications in the integration of micro-lecture and information technology teaching.The quality of information technology micro-lecture is the key to whether teachers can optimize information technology teaching and whether students can use micro-lecture efficiently for learning.However,the quality of micro-lectures is currently uneven,and there is a lack of targeted evaluation indicators to standardize and guide their construction.Designing a scientific and reasonable micro-lecture evaluation system can promote the improvement of information technology microlectures,thereby improving the teaching effect.This study aims to explore the design of junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system,mainly in four parts:First,the design stage of junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system.First of all,the previous research is the starting point.It analyzes the indicators of digital education resources evaluation standards such as micro-lectures and online courses,and summarizes the main micro-lecture evaluation system dimensions to form the junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system version 1.0.Secondly,based on the characteristics of information technology disciplines,questionnaires were conducted on information technology teachers and junior high school students to understand the actual needs of users for information technology micro-lecture and the direction for improvement.Again,interviews with teachers and experts,ask them for advice on judging the quality of the micro-lectures.Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire and interview,the version 1.0 of micro-lecture evaluation system will be improved to version 2.0.Second,the revision and improvement stage of the junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system.In order to determine the rationality and comprehensiveness of the indicators,all the first-level indicators in the version 2.0 are compiled into the Likert scale,and the experts and teachers are invited to form a 20-member evaluation group.The indicator content indicates that the reasonableness of each indicator is scored and the revised opinions are proposed,and the statistical analysis software SPSS statistical results are used.After two rounds of investigation and revision,the version 3.0 of the evaluation index was formed,and the evaluation team recognized the first-level and second-level indicators of the version 3.0.Third,the weight determination stage of the version 3.0 of the junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system.In this study,the analytic hierarchy process was used to set the index weights.Firstly,the hierarchical model is built in the analytic hierar-chy process software Yaahpl0.1,and the indicator importance degree judgment table is generated.Secondly,10 experts in the evaluation group are invited to fill out the judgment form and collect it;again,the expert data is imported into Yaahpl0.1 to form a judgment matrix.And the consistency test is carried out;finally,the weight coefficient of the index obtained by the judgment matrix is calculated.Fourth,the application of the version 3.0 of the junior high school information technology micro-lecture evaluation system.Three representative junior high school information technology micro-lecture were selected from the Chinese micro-lectures network,and the evaluation indicators designed in this study were used for evaluation.In the evaluation process,the indicators and their descriptions are perceived to be operational,and the evaluation indicators are further modified and improved accordingly.The evaluation results are highly consistent with the quality of the micro-lecture reviewed.Therefore,it is considered that the evaluation index of junior high school information technology micro-lecture designed by this research institute has practical value.
