With the rapid development of information technology,great changes have taken place in people's life and learning.Education is also facing new challenges and opportunities.It's more convenient and efficient to access information.The learning resources are becoming multiple and shared.Learning activities are autonomous,open and diverse as Micro-lecture has become an important carrier of sharing knowledge.Based on the difference of the learning level of the students,this paper designs the stratified Micro-lectures to satisfy the actual teaching situation which aimed at the teaching content of different difficulty and combined with the excellent resources of"Tai Wei ke".Those micro-lectures are practiced and applied to classroom teaching to achieve the individual development of each student.This study first analyzes the stratified teaching,the concept of Micro-lecture and the relevant literatures of the learning models based on High School IT teaching materials published by Science and Education Press,And then designs the scheme of stratified teaching with Micro-lecture combining with the practical experiences of the education,kinds of the theories such as the constructivism,and teaching experiments through the teacher interviews,student questionnaires,test papers,finally makes the teaching designs for different learning content according to the scheme.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the Micro-lecture,this paper puts forward the design and implementation of the high school information technology Micro-lecture based on the hierarchical teaching.The innovation of this research is that it is applied to the teaching of information technology subject,which is of great practical significance to solve the current situation of students' differences and promote the individual development of students.
