The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System For The Effectiveness Of The Rural Community Sports Public Service Supply

With the improvement of economic development level,the sports public service of rural community has gradually improved,which not only facilitates the physical exercise of community residents,but also creates a good community sports atmosphere for the community residents.The quality of life of community residents has been significantly improved.However,there are still some problems,such as: imperfect sports public service supply system,unbalanced regional development,the community residents lack of sports awareness,waste of some resources and idleness,etc.In order to improve the effectiveness of sports public service supply,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and systematic research on rural sports public services.The rational construction of the evaluation index system of the public service provision effectiveness of rural community sports can meet the needs of community residents for sports public services and improve the rural sports infrastructure.It has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,interview,Delphi,etc.Based on the related theories of public product supply theory,new public service theory,customer satisfaction theory,etc.And follows the scientific principles,operability principles and other related principles.The evaluation index system for the effectiveness of public service provision in rural communities,including service capacity,service content,resident demand status,service effectiveness,4 first-level indicators,site facilities services,organization management services,staffing services,capital investment indicators,sports Fitness services,sports information publicity services,national physique monitoring services,public venue facilities needs,fitness activities,demand for sports guidance services,physical fitness monitoring services,use efficiency,physical health promotion indicators,community residents satisfaction.It includes 14 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators.Then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weight of each indicator and conduct a consistency test.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to empirically analyze the effectiveness of the supply of sports public services in Wangzifu Community,Yucheng City,Shandong Province.In the process of evaluating rural communities,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation index system for the effectiveness of rural public service provision in rural communities.
