Research On The Effectiveness Of Public Sports Service In Guoao Community Of Shenyang City Under The Multi-supply Model

The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.In the field of sports,we are also faced with the contradiction between the increasing demand of the people for sports and the unbalanced development of sports.Among them,the development of community public sports services is not yet balanced enough to meet the growing needs of the people in the community.As the most basic unit of public sports services,the effectiveness of public sports services is closely related to the interests of residents participating in physical exercise.Therefore,how to improve the community public sports service model and meet the increasing demand of the community people for public sports service is of great significance to the construction of public service system and the promotion of social harmony and stability.In 2018,the Shenyang Olympic Community was rated as a pilot community of "Happy Shenyang,Jointly Created",breaking the traditional single supply model of the government and adopting a diversified supply model,which has significantly improved the quality of public sports services in the community.Based on the multi-supply model,this paper studies the effectiveness of the public sports service in Shenyang Olympic community,from three aspects: the change of residents 'physical exercise behavior,the satisfaction of residents to the public sports service and the social benefit of public sports service.This paper analyses and discusses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field visit,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The purpose is to find out the difference and contradiction between the quality of public sports service in the community and the sports demand of the people participating in sports through this study,and find out the advantages that can be used for reference and the shortcomings that need to be solved urgently,so as to improve the community's own public sports service level.It also provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for other communities..The research draws the following conclusions: first,Under the multi-supply mode,the exercise behavior of Shenyang Guo'ao community participants has changed significantly;second,There are differences in the satisfaction of the public sports service in Shenyang's Guoao Community under the multi-supply mode;third,The multi-supply mode.The level of market participation of public sports services in the Guo'ao community of Shenyang is not high;fourth,"Happy Shenyang,co-creation" to promote the development of the Shenyang Olympic Community Public Sports Service;fifth Problems and deficiencies in the development of public sports services in the Guo'ao community of Shenyang under the multi-supply mode.Suggestions are as follows: first the government actively implements policies,and the community actively taps the market to stimulate demand;second,establish and improve the training system of social sports instructors to enhance the hematopoietic function of the community itself;third,enhance the professional ability of sports organization staff and enhance the efficiency of supply and service;fourth,establish community physical fitness monitoring stations to form and improve the physical fitness monitoring service system.
