School bullying is a hot issue that has been a frequent concern in recent years.This is because bullying is a common behavior on campus and it is gradually increasing every year.Primary school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and the act of bullying seriously affects the physical and mental health of children and restricts the development of children.Gender differences exist objectively,and gender awareness of primary school students has gradually formed.Gender differences as a new entry point for campus bullying can provide new ideas for studying campus bullying.The purpose of this paper is to find out whether gender differences exist in primary school bullying incidents,and to facilitate targeted education and prevention.Based on the generalization of the theoretical issues related to campus bullying,this study uses a variety of research methods,such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,to supplement the "Primary School Bullying Behavior Questionnaire" by Chen Shiping.The questionnaires prepared by the study are research tools,and the primary school students in grades 4-6 of the primary school are surveyed,analyzed and analyzed.The survey found that gender differences in school bullying types,gender differences in bullying responses,gender differences in bullying implementation subjects,gender differences in bullying helpers,and bullying tolerance gender differences are not significant,while gender differences in school bullying sites,bullying frequency The gender differences are significant.In view of the above results,we have analyzed the causes of the changes in the traditional gender concept in modern society,the equal treatment of male and female students,and the objective existence of gender differences in physical and mental development among primary school students.On the basis of this,from the construction of the school mechanism to prevent and control the bullying behavior of the school,it is necessary to grasp the co-management,and to solve the two aspects of the prevention and control measures for the physical and mental characteristics of the students,and to put forward these two strategies for prevention and governance of school bullying.Make a specific refinement.The construction of a school mechanism to prevent and control school bullying needs to focus on the school and social dimensions.Combined with the relevant policies and regulations to prevent and control school bullying,the whole society should participate in the prevention and control of school bullying and the school's management and disciplinary powers.In terms of measures,the implementation of prevention and control measures for students' physical and mental characteristics is mainly based on the teacher dimension.It proposes targeted correction of problem students,guides students to correctly apply genderadvantages,sets different activities to meet the needs of students' differential development,and establishes “causes for teachers”."Teaching" concept education to manage students in four aspects.The prevention and control strategy of this paper is aimed at pursuing fair,just and equal governance bullying,and then combined with gender differences to prevent and control bullying,and thus achieve the purpose of governance bullying.
