Teachers' questioning ability is the basic embodiment of teachers' teaching ability.In the process of kindergarten teaching activities,teachers' questioning plays an important role in achieving teaching objectives,promoting the development of children's thinking and forming high-quality teacher-child interaction.In kindergarten language teaching activities,teachers should help children acquire the core experience of language-related learning through a dynamic process of questioning and communication.But in practice,novice teachers often lack the ability to ask questions,which leads to their low sense of teaching efficacy and can not effectively support the development of young children.Therefore,with the help of cooperative teachers,the author carried out this action research to improve the ability of kindergarten novice teachers to ask questions.This research adopts the paradigm of action research,starting from the problems existing in the process of novice teachers' questioning.By analyzing the research process of causes,exploring strategies,implementing actions and action reflection,action research is carried out to explore effective strategies for novice teachers to improve their questioning ability in language activities.This research is divided into two stages,the main action process has the following steps:Firstly,the author carries out language teaching activities for the children in Class A of X kindergarten,and locates the initial problems through the statistical data of questioning behavior in language activities,which is the starting point of the whole action research;Secondly,aiming at the problems of novice teachers in designing questions and answering preschool children,the author carried out two stages of action research in Class B and C respectively.In the first stage of action,the author takes the determination of the core issues and the combing of the problem system framework as a breakthrough point to carry out actions to solve the problems of novice teachers in the design of question content.In the second stage of action,the author takes the positive attitude and effective methods of reasoning and answering as the main breakthrough to carry out actions to solve the problems of novice teachers in the process of reasoning and answering.Finally,the author evaluates the effectiveness of the action research by comparing the statistical data of novice teachers' questioning behavior before and after the implementation of the action.Through this action research,the novice teachers'questioning ability has been improved,the children's learning ability in language activities has been promoted,and the quality of teacher-child interaction has been improved in the activities.Through this action research,the author and the research collaborator team explored effective strategies to improve kindergarten novice teachers' questioning ability.Firstly,in the design of the question content,novice teachers should determine the teaching objectives based on the core experience of early childhood development,clarify the core issues according to the teaching objectives,analyze specific problems and construct the problem framework.Secondly,novice teachers should respond to young children with a positive attitude and learn to use effective methods to respond to young children,so as to improve the quality of teachers' answers.
