Currently, through reform to improve the quality of early childhood education, early childhood education has become a cause for the development of an irresistible trend. But as the reform step by step, the quality of kindergarten teachers have been made more demanding. It has been found that kindergarten teachers is one of the key to educational reform of early childhood. In our kindergarten teachers, novice teachers is full of specific characters. It is vitally important to make novice teachers high qualified, but there are many difficulties in the professional growth of novice teachers. As modern study views changed, more emphasis was placed on the construction of knowledge, interdependence of culture, interaction of multiple subjects. Learning community fits into understanding of learning. Studies have shown that learning community is the new model to teacher’s professional development in preschool. But it is rarely studied on novice teachers how to develop in learning community. Therefore, it is of great significance for the novice teachers professional development by studying the cause for novice teachers and analyzing the relevant strategies in leaning community.The study reviewed the relevant literatures and based on the Situated Cognition theory, observing theory, Knowledge classification theory and teacher’s personal knowledge management. This study adopts a qualitative research method and set the researcher as the object of it. I participate in music teaching research of kindergarten in the entire research process. This article report collects the records of teaching research and self reflection content. According to three characteristics of community by Wenger, the research is divided into three phases. Through own practice and the help of members, this paper suggests that participation, interaction and practice are great importance to promote novice teachers professional development in leaning community. In order to improve the novice teachers professional development, efficiently use "legitimate peripheral participation", form the identity, develop by team support and recognize the need for self-development must be pay attention.
