The key event is that the preschool teachers have an important influence on the education and teaching work experienced in the professional life after entering the job.After self-reflection,the incidents of teacher professional cognition or behavior change are triggered.Key events have an important role and value for the professional growth of novice preschool teachers.Teachers can touch their potential educational concepts through summing up,reflecting and reflecting on key events,thus improving educational behavior and work attitude,and finally enlightening teachers' teaching wisdom.At the same time,it can also provide managers with new training strategies to help enhance the overall professionalism of the park.In this study,the case study method in qualitative research was used to study 14 new novice preschool teachers in 6 kindergartens in Hohhot,using in-depth interviews and content analysis to collect data,and key events in the professional growth of novice preschool teachers.Characteristics,types,values,and coping strategies were analyzed and studied.The study found that the key events in the professional growth of novice preschool teachers showed the characteristics of subjectivity,time specificity and far-reaching influence.Through the collation and analysis of existing data,it is found that there are four main types of key events,namely,successful,frustrating,moving,and inspiring.The key events for the professional growth of novice preschool teachers are obtained through the teacher's own self-reflection and subjective construction.Therefore,through the correct summarization and reflection of the teachers,the four key events will have a positive impact on the novice teachers,such as richprofessional knowledge.Improve professional competence and update professional concepts.Each key event has different functions for novice preschool teachers: successful key events can strengthen the motivation of novice teachers and enhance teachers' self-efficacy;frustration-type key events can reveal teachers' potential educational concepts and promote teachers' reflection and growth;Inspiring key events can enlighten teachers' educational wisdom;moving key events can enhance teachers' professional well-being and enable teachers to strengthen their educational beliefs.Through the analysis of the case,the controllable factors for effective response and utilization of key events are summarized.On the one hand,the teacher's own personal factors include the teacher's thinking mode,personal ability and value recognition for key events,and the external environment.The factors mainly include the leadership style of the director,the kindergarten culture atmosphere,and the kindergarten support system.In this regard,the researchers put forward a series of positive and reasonable coping strategies for key events: First,the teachers themselves must maintain the consciousness of professional development,take the initiative to meet the challenges,rational attribution,deep reflection,actively communicate with colleagues,and seize development.Opportunity;Secondly,the park should give teachers appropriate human care,create a good guarantee for the development of professional emotions of novice teachers,and strengthen professional support to provide conditions for the development of professional competence of novice teachers.Finally,the conclusions of the study are summarized and the future research is prospected.The conclusion affirms the important value of key events and provides a positive response strategy.The reflection and prospect of the research were carried out from the breadth of the research object and the depth of the research content.
