From the perspective of social development and the actual needs of parents,the emergence of the new industry of off-campus trusteeship has been triggered.Because the trusteeship of pupils outside school is of great significance not only to the growth and physical and mental development of pupils,but also to the stability of pupils'families,thus indirectly affecting the harmonious development of society.As a grass-roots educator,the author has witnessed and experienced some problems existing in out-of-school trusteeship of primary school students.Through an in-depth investigation of the present situation of out-of-school trusteeship of primary school students in A town,the author wants to find out the problems existing in out-of-school trusteeship classes and make attribution analysis of the existing problems so as to make out-of-school trusteeship service develop better and cooperate with the education of mainstream schools.It can really solve parents'worries and promote students' healthy physical and mental development,so as to promote the harmonious and stable development of society.In this study,the off-campus trusteeship classes of primary schools in A Town of X City were taken as research samples,and the first-hand data were collected through questionnaires,interviews,observations and field studies.The qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to systematically study the off-campus trusteeship classes of A Town with A Primary School as the center.The study found that the causes of the out-of-school trusteeship class in A town are macroscopically analyzed.The rapid economic development and the increase of household income in A town are the fundamental factors for students to participate in the out-of-school trusteeship class.During the social transformation,the family structure has changed.Parents want their children to receive good education and receive high-quality educational resources.The sleeping time of A primary school and the dining hall dining tube are also the basic factors for students to participate in the out-of-school The system of management and accommodation agency are closely related to the emergence of off-campus trusteeship classes.This study makes a detailed analysis of the trusteeship classes outside primary schools in A town from five aspects:the scale and distribution of trusteeship classes,the types and levels of trusteeship classes,the meals and delivery of trusteeship classes,the teachers and management of trusteeship classes,and the learning and communication of trusteeship classes.It finds that the trusteeship classes are not standardized,the students'personal safety is not guaranteed,the quality of education is uneven,and the fee standard.Quasi-confusion,dilution of parent-child relationship,single evaluation criteria and other issues.Moreover,the author makes a detailed attribution analysis of the problems,such as the scarcity of high-quality educational resources in rural areas in the process of urbanization;the simplification of the management of school canteen dining service;the disconnection between school education and trusteeship classes;the absence of school management of Left-behind children;the absence of trusteeship classes in the regulatory gap,without industry standards;and the lack of laws and regulations on Trusteeship classes,which directly or indirectly lead to these problems.The problem of off-campus trusteeship class arises.In view of the above problems existing in the trusteeship class in town A,this study puts forward the following suggestions:institutionalization of the trusteeship class outside school,with the government taking the lead and other departments jointly supervising the trusteeship class;legalization of the trusteeship class outside school,suggestions for government legislation,strengthening the strength and reliability of law enforcement;integration of school management and trusteeship class management to jointly promote the all-round development of students;and self-construction of the trusteeship class.The organization of the establishment should be standardized and specialized,and the public welfare of the trusteeship education industry should be fostered to further cultivate public welfare education institutions and develop educational volunteer groups.This study focuses on villages and towns,which is of great significance to improve the system of out-of-school trusteeship of primary school students in China.This study will further enrich the theory of school management,provide reference and suggestions for the development and construction of out-of-school trusteeship institutions for primary school students,contribute to the construction of a mature and standardized system of out-of-school trusteeship for primary school students,and contribute to the cognitive,.emotional and social development of township students.Effective off-campus trusteeship can not only fully develop students'personality,cultivate students' interest in learning and improve their comprehensive quality,but also help narrow the gap between students caused by different family education,enhance students'social development and promote educational equity.Effective off-campus trusteeship also plays a positive role in promoting family stability and social harmonious development.
