South Trial Pukou Campus Logistics Company's Quality Management System

Great improvements are made in the logistics system of university with the rapid development of higher education But the administration capability of logistics system is lower in most of universities, it is a good way to establish a quality management system to improve this capability.This paper analyses the quality management system of Nanjing Audit Academy Logistics Circle Corporation Pukou District Logistics Corporation based on different quality management theories and management approaches, then the measurements of the custom satisfactory are discussed in details. To establish a quality management system will take a long time. Therefore, a model of maturation degree of quality management system is presented in this paper. According to this model, we can learn the level of the quality management system and know how to improve it.
