With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the traditional family structure of our country is also changing.The problem of unattended pupils after school has become increasingly prominent,and trusteeship institutions have emerged as the times require.As a link between school education and family education,trusteeship institutions undertake the social education responsibilities of pupils after school and parents before they take home.It not only alleviates the worries of parents who skip work to take over their children,but also provides a platform for pupils to know more friends and cultivate their interests and hobbies.However,there are many problems in the trusteeship institution of primary school students,which affect the effect of trusteeship education,and are not conducive to the growth and talent of primary school students.This paper takes the trusteeship organization of primary school students in southern Jiangxi as the research object,takes trusteeship students,trustees and trustee teachers as the research object,collects a large number of field investigation data by questionnaire and interview,and uses SPSS23.0 for data processing and analysis,so as to analyze the problems and reasons of the management of trusteeship organization of primary school students in southern Jiangxi.In order to improve the management level and quality of primary school students' trusteeship institutions in southern Jiangxi,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,the author believes that there are five main problems in the management of "trusteeship institutions" for primary school students in southern Jiangxi: first,the management system and mechanism are not clear;second,the qualification access system is not perfect;third,the unclear positioning of trusteeship agencies;fourth,the construction of safety facilities is not in place;fifth,the lack of quality of professionals.There are five main reasons: first,the absence of government supervision function;second,the division of labor of "trusteeship institutions" is not clear;third,the lack of school trusteeship services;fourth,the imperfect communication mechanism;fifth,the lack of parents and students' selectivity.Based on these problems and reasons,the author believes that to solve the problem of "trusteeship" management of primary school students in southern Jiangxi,we should start from five aspects: first,reform the management system and mechanism,government departments should guide the development planning of trusteeship education industry;education departments should effectively strengthen the guidance of school education;and industry and commerce departments should severely crack down on uncivilized phenomena that do not conform to the development of education.Secondly,we should strengthen the management of qualificationaccess,strictly check and evaluate the responsible persons applying for trusteeship and the conditions for implementation,strictly control the access qualification of trusteeship industry,strictly screen the existing trusteeship institutions,strictly ban trusteeship institutions that fail to meet the educational development standards,and vigorously support the reform and innovation of trusteeship institutions and establish an organic competition elimination mechanism.Thirdly,standardize operation management.While striking down unqualified trustees,government departments actively guide trustees to learn from high-quality trustees at home and abroad,so as to improve the industry quality and level of trustees.Fourth,strengthen safety management,trusteeship institutions and trusteeship teachers should strengthen safety education and safety guidance for students;all sectors of society should carry out various forms of safety knowledge publicity;fire departments should carry out safety inspections periodically to eliminate potential safety hazards of trusteeship institutions;and the government should establish and improve rules and regulations for safe operation,so as to cultivate safety awareness with system norms.Fifth,we should strengthen personnel training and management,strictly check the admission qualification of trustee teachers,control the quality of trustee teachers from the source;improve the teaching quality and teaching level of trustee teachers,and reverse the self-orientation of trustee teachers;strengthen the guidance of the educational concept of trustee leaders,and enhance their confidence and determination to build a high-quality education brand;and all sectors of society should work together.Purify the atmosphere of trusteeship education industry.
