Community Work Intervention Research On The Adaptation Of The Relocated Residents' Community

With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of urbanization in China is also gradually rising,and old urban areas and rural areas at the junction of urban and rural areas face demolition reconstruction.Some residents in the region start to move back in the new community building later.When they returned to the new community residents,a large part of the relocated residents faced with many problems of community adaptation such as adapting the living environment of new community,psychological adaptation,participating in public affairs of new community,the social relations,and the culture of the community that was moved back to.The problem of community adaptation seriously affects the daily life,physical and mental health,community resource sharing rights and self-interests of the relocated residents.Based on this,this article mainly through to widely collecting and systematically put in order literature of the domestic and foreign scholars,further deeply conclude and generally organize those literatures in previous studies.Through summarizing,the author found,domestic scholars mainly studied these ways in depth,including the aspect of the concept definition of community that was moved back to,the aspect of the governing of community that was moved back to,the aspect of construction of grassroots party organizations of community that was moved back to,the aspect of employment of relocated residents,the aspect of resident satisfaction,the aspect of community adaptation and the aspect of responses to community adaptation.Foreign scholars have made in-depth studies on these ways such as urban villages and slums.However,no matter domestic scholars or foreign scholars,there are still few studies in this respect that community social work get involved the problem of community adaptation of relocated residents.This provides a certain space for this paper to study the community adaptation of the residents returning to the community by means of community work intervention.This paper takes Qingdao M Community as an example,and takes the unstructured interview method,the participatory observation method and the questionnaire survey method as the means.On that basis,this paper goes further into the analysis of the causes of the problem of community adaptation of relocated residents,intervenes in this question using community social work,and further summarizes the effectiveness and inadequacy of community social work intervention.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the adaptability of the community.Through the professional work method of community work intervention,this paper hope can gradually return resident to adapt to the community,add new cases,add new research points for the study of social work intervention in community adaptation of returning residents,and provide academic reference for domestic research of the community work.
