Research On Adaptation Of Relocation Residents Involved In Community Work

Poverty,as a worldwide long-standing problem,has always been the concern of scholars.Since entering new century,the depth of poor areas in China,natural geographical resource conditions were not favorable to the development of local residents,after the approval of the State Council in 2001,the National Development and Reform Commission according to the file spirit gradually launched a change of poverty alleviation in the domestic relocation project,designed to fight poverty to be completed,realize a well-off society in an all-round way,realize the goal of "two not sorrow,three guarantees",the basis of the poor areas of the solution to weak section,to promote all-round social development,and the change of poverty reduction is the most important thing to move into this battle,and is by far the most effective exploration of our country,the most suitable for the situation of China.The implementation of relocation and resettlement projects for poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas is not only to move the poor people out of the areas with difficult conditions,but to move into the communities where the government has uniformly resettled them.How to get rid of the previous poverty situation with the help of good geographical environment advantages and adapt to the environment after relocation.Therefore,it is particularly important to study how the relocated residents adapt to the social situation.Based on M change of relocated people in the community of changzhi city,Shanxi Province as the research object,through interviews,observation of M community residents of the community to adapt to the present situation of investigation and classification,and on the basis of the theory of social support,social adaptation theory and the change of relocated residents of ecological system theory analysis on the problems and reasons existing in the social adaptation.The author concluded that the main factors influencing the residents on social adaptation can be classified as economic production mode,life style and psychological belonging to adapt to the three level,and on this basis do work methods involved in the community of practice analysis,finally combining with community work method is put forward to promote M community residents are effective strategies for social adaptation,namely needs joint efforts from several aspects,firstly,based on social work organization,link employment resources;Secondly,improve the construction of community activities and enhance the support network;Third,strengthen policy publicity and change residents' ideas.Based on this,it is of special importance and practical significance to focus on,study and assist in solving the adaptation problems of the residents in the resettlement communities and promote the re-socialization process of the residents.
