Students in special education schools are children and adolescents with physical or psychological disabilities and those who develop in an extraordinary way.At present,with the implementation of learning in regular classroom,children and adolescents with a light degree of disability have already been admitted to regular schools,resulting in the severer and severer degree of disability of students in special education schools.Therefore,compensation and rehabilitation for the disabled students with development defects is one of the most important tasks for special school education.More and more importance has been attached to the combination of rehabilitation and education.With the gradual advancement of the combination of rehabilitation and education,physical education teachers are required to exert the functions of physical rehabilitation to the largest extent in the process of physical education,and implement targeted rehabilitation training for special students with different types of disabilities and different degrees of disability.In this way,higher standard is set for the teachers' professional competence and impact on the professional development of physical education teachers in special schools is made.This thesis adopts the qualitative research method to explore the effect factors of the professional development of physical education teachers in special schools under the concept of combination of rehabilitation and education.The author selects the teacher C of B special education school in XXX District of Tianjin as a case,using observation method,in-depth interview method and some other methods to carry out investigations and studies.The authors analyzes the current situation of the professional development of physical education teachers in special education school under the concept of combination of rehabilitation and education,summarizes the effective ways of professional development,and explores the factors that restrict the professional development.The research results show that:(1)The transformation of the role and function of the physical education teachers in special education schools under the concept of combining rehabilitation and education: besides the professional physical education ability,professional rehabilitation skills are also required;(2)Effective ways for the professional development of physical education teachers in special schools under the concept of combining rehabilitation and education include pre-vocational education,pre-job training and on-the-job training as well as continuing education for teachers;(3)Under the concept of the combining rehabilitation and education,the factors affecting the professional development of physical education teachers in special education school are environmental factors(national factors,school factors,personal factors),personal factors(individual qualities)and other factors;...
