With the deepening of the work of "combination of medicine and education",the title of "rehabilitation teacher" came into being as the times require.However,in the training of rehabilitation teachers,there is a lack of specialized training schools or institutions.Shanghai Qingpu District Auxiliary School is a special education school which mainly recruits students with moderate and severe mental retardation.To meet the needs of students' development,the school has added rehabilitation training courses.However,at present,many special education teachers in this school are not medical graduates,and most of them work in schools after graduation from education.Therefore,in the face of various disability types of students with disabilities,they lack the corresponding medical knowledge and rehabilitation means to deal with them.In the actual rehabilitation teaching,rehabilitation teachers are also involved.Lack of available rehabilitation education resources and rehabilitation teaching cases has brought great troubles to their education,teaching and professional growth.In this context,relying on the three major rehabilitation training research bases of the auxiliary school in Qingpu District of Shanghai,this study explores and practices the construction of rehabilitation teachers' special education resources under wiki technology.The main purpose of this study is to provide a new way for rehabilitation teachers to continuously form and enrich special education resources in teaching practice.We can get a way for the growth of rehabilitation teachers,including the growth of teachers' learning style and the growth of teachers' teaching rehabilitation skills.Some problems,experiences,methods,strategies and shortcomings of teachers in education and teaching can be displayed and disseminated through the wiki platform,and they can learn from each other and form complementarity in the process of sharing educational resources of the platform.Through three rounds of action research,in the first round of action research,we found that the version of the browser was too low,the picture editing was difficult,and the classification label was not clear.In the second round of action research,corresponding measures have been taken to solve the problem,and on this basis,a collaborative attempt to build resources has been made.In the third round of action research,the use of curtain software technology to visualize information resources,through internal chains and hyperlinks,in the form of seamless jump.Wiki technology allows many people to collaborate in writing,modifying and discussing learning.In the process of resource construction,this study has continuously summarized and formed five practical forms,such as resource construction five processes,reflective practice five links,accumulated a certain number of special education resources,and achieved the purpose of promoting the professional growth of special education teachers.
