| Teacher’s professional development refers to the process of teachers’ continuous development and perfection in professional concepts and teacher’s ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability,etc.,that is,from novice teacher to expert teacher.In the sense of education,teachers’ professional development can improve teachers’ own quality in a comprehensive manner,and it is the only way for teachers to grow.In the social sense,teacher professional development is an important guarantee to promote the whole career development of teachers,and also an important guarantee to improve the quality of rural compulsory education in Henan province.Specifically to the professional development of special posts in Henan Province,special post teachers are the products of the "special post plan" to guide and encourage college graduates to engage in rural compulsory education,gradually solve the problem of teachers in rural schools,improve the overall quality of rural teachers,promote the balanced development of urban and rural education and so on in a series of specific backgrounds.With the increasing number of special posts teachers in physical education,but its professional development activities have been slow development,but also because most of the special professional teachers of physical education professional quality is uneven.Therefore,it is the top priority of the professional development of special posts teachers in Henan Province to strengthen the construction of special posts in sports,improve the professional quality of special posts teachers in sports,and improve the professional development level of special posts in sports.This study mainly selected 330 special post teachers in Henan Province in 2016,2017 and 2018 as the subject of the survey,and then 10 special education teachers as interviewees.Using the literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,the situation of the professional development of the special post teachers in Henan Province is analyzed,including the situation of the recruitment of special posts teachers and special posts of physical education from Henan Province,the basic situation,the general situation of professional development(the status of the various dimensions of professional development,The difference between different groups of professional development),the choice of professional development path and the demand situation.In terms of the basic situation,the imbalance of male and female ratio,the disorder of discipline structure,the diversity and negative factors of motivation,as well as the low status of professional identity,satisfaction and emotional status of the special post teachers in physical education.From the perspective of professional development,it is found that the professional development level of teachers with special posts in physical education is low and there are obvious differences among different groups.From the perspective of the participation and demand of the professional development approach,the pre-job training is not valued,the post-job training tends to be formal,and the professional development approach is not satisfactory.After analysis,the main problems of special post teachers in Henan Province in professional development:(1)The overall level of professional development of special posts in physical education is low;(2)Imbalance in the various dimensions of professional development of special posts in physical education;(3)There is a clear difference in the professional development of physical education special post teachers among different groups;(4)The practical effect of the professional development path of the special post teachers in physical education is not ideal.And for its problems to analyze its causes:(1)Special post policy publicity and implementation is not in place;(2)Lack of a systematic training system;(3)Weak awareness of professional development;(4)The basic situation is not ideal;(5)Confusion and shortage of professional development planning.Based on the above-mentioned problems and their causes,the promotion strategy is put forward from the government level,school management and teachers themselves:(1)Strengthen the promotion and implementation of policies to promote the formation of a sound policy environment;(2)Strengthen the initiative of teachers’ professional development and enhance the consciousness of independent development;(3)Develop a plan for professional development and effectively raise the level of professional development;(4)Build a professional development system for teachers and promote professional development to become more systematic;(5)Broaden the professional development approaches of teachers in special posts of physical education to improve their effectiveness;(6)Change the professional development mode of teachers and optimize the structure of the professional development mode. |
