The Operation Process Of Power In The Daily Interaction Of The Family Parent-child

With the development of social economy,the function and structure of family are also changing constantly.From the original function of maintaining the survival of family members to the function of promoting the healthy growth of family members.In fact,we can still feel that as family members become increasingly intimate,the interaction and entanglement between family members never cease,and family is a melting pot in which we are all forged.In a typical Chinese family,the operation of parental power can always castrate the growth of children.At the same time,there are views on the rebellion and disobedience of children,as well as the lack of support for parents in adult stage.It is found that filial piety seems to be a culture of constant retreat at present,and the power of the fathers has been shifted down and the intergenerational relationship is unbalanced.Does parental power or child power prevail? Is the power operation within the family only the result of the mutual game with each other consumption imbalance as the outcome?The research object of this study is the real people who came into contact with the author in the life and survey from September 2016 to March 2019 in the family relationship research since 2016.This study recorded the daily life interaction events of 3 families and 10 interviewees.The reason why I choose these three families is that these three families are entangled in the family relationship discovered by the author in the family relationship research,and they have formed certain comparative characteristics with each other and have certain representativeness.From the theoretical perspective of interactionism,this study explores how the power between parents and children operates in daily interactions through the method of individual life history research.And how different ways of working affect family members.The findings are as follows: Firstly,there is mobility.Power is fluid in the daily interaction between parents and children,and it cannot be assumed that only one person has been dominant all the time.From the perspective of the subject of power use,everyone will mobilize the resources he has to implement his will and realize his power.Judging from the operation result of the event,the end of the event does not mean the end of the power operation.Although the event comes to an end,the power operation mode shaped by family members' interaction will continue,and individuals will continue to fight for their sense of power in other events.Secondly,in daily interactive events,the core of power is the expression of self-will.When family members exercise power in interaction,they often express their will or will,hoping to realize or satisfy their will.Secondly,the main means used by the dominant power is the subjective resources,among which emotion control is the main means used by the dominant power.Thirdly,there are different forms of power operation.In the terms of interactive relations,there are no boundaries and the forms of power with boundaries.There are forms of violence and non-violent of interaction model.Fourthly,from the perspective of power operation results,bounded and non-violent forms have a developmental effect on the individual self-growth of family members.No boundaries,the form of violence will limit the individual's self-independence,castration of the individual's self-will.
