A grand blueprint for building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving educational equity in general has been outlined in the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. But at present, the problem of uncoordinated social development in our country is particularly prominent, which has become the main obstacle of blueprint planning. And the social adaptation of people with physical and mental disabilities has become an important issue of coordinated social development. Therefore, how to integrate people with mental and physical disabilities into society has become the key point of social development.Adapted physical activity under such a background has gradually become the focus of many sports scholars. The present research thus selects adapted physical activity at home and abroad as the research object. In terms of research content, this thesis analyses from various dimensions the number of articles, authors, research institutions and research hot spots in the field of adapted physical activity at home and abroad, and makes a comparative analysis of them.It is hoped that it will play a guiding role in strengthening the theoretical basis and improving the practical ability of adapted physical activity at home.In terms of research methods, this thesis adopts literature method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and scientific knowledge mapping method, and uses CiteSpace V software to form relevant mapping knowledge domain,so as to visualize the analysis results. The content and conclusions of this research are as follows.(1)The development of research on adapted physical activity and science and technology as well as national policies are closely linked.Nowadays, the combination of research on adapted physical activity and science and technology abroad is relatively close, while the combination at home is not enough. In china the relevant policies issued by the government and the holding of the Beijing Paralympic Games are the main driving forces of adapted physical activity in recent years.(2)Through the analysis of the study authors at home and abroad on adapted physical activity, the relationship between the amount of articles published by study authors at home and abroad and their cooperation is found. In researches on adapted physical activity, there is too little cooperation among domestic research groups, among which the two-way cooperation and independent research are the most common ways. Therefore,in order to promote the development of adapted physical activity in China,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation among researchers.(3)In the analysis of research institutes, the results show that the cooperation density between research institutes of adapted physical activity at home is proportional to the amount of publications, while the cooperation density of research institutes abroad has no clear relationship with the amount of publications.(4)In terms of the analysis of research emphasis, the researches on adapted physical activity in China mainly focus on sports competitions of the disabled, proving that the holding of Beijing Paralympic Games has a certain guiding role in China's research emphasis of adapted physical activity. As for the research emphasis abroad, there are no keywords related to "competitive sports" in the top ten keywords, instead,a large number of keywords related to the recovery of physical function of special groups are found. The differences between research emphases on adapted physical activity at home and abroad can be easily observed from the analysis results. However, whether the emphasis on the competitive sports of special groups at home,or the emphasis on adapted physical activity helping special groups to recover their physical functions abroad, they all have one thing in common, that is,the emphasis on education.Scholars carry out researches on adapted physical activity and promote the development of disciplines in this field, with the purpose of making adapted physical activity positive for our social life, and education is an important means to achieve this goal.(5)After analyzing the hot spots of researches on adapted physical activity in China,it is found that under the background of Beijing Paralympic Games, sports for special groups has begun to become one of the research hot spots in the field of sports in China. In contrast, there are different hot spots of researches on adapted physical activity abroad. The most central word in researches abroad is "quality of life",from which it can be seen that the researches on adapted physical activity abroad are mainly aimed at non-athletes with a larger cardinal number among special groups. It can be concluded from the above analysis that the hot spots of research on adapted physical activity in China are "sports ability" and "competition ability",while studies abroad tend to pay more attention to the life of special groups-how to improve their quality of life.(6)By comparing the research front of adapted physical activity,it is found that the research scope abroad has declined in recent years, but the depth of some fields has been continuously strengthened, which indicates that the research pertinence of adapted physical activity abroad has become stronger and stronger in recent years. In contrast, the content of researches at home is relatively extensive, but lacks depth.Domestic researches on adapted physical activity, therefore, need to strengthen its pertinence. For example, the research front abroad mainly focuses on the education of adapted physical activity, showing that the United States attaches great importance to education for all;while the researches on the education of adapted physical activity is weaker than that of foreign countries, thus the link between adapted physical activity and education needs to be strengthened.
