With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence,robotics education has been paid more and more attention by the Government and the community,and robotics education is playing its unique functional advantage in cultivating students ' creativity and practical ability.In the field of basic education,in recent years,many researchers have devoted themselves to the theoretical and practical exploration of robotics education,and robotics education has made progress in theory and practice in the basic education stage.But at the same time,there are some problems,such as lack of scientific guidance in robot education,urgent improvement of curriculum system and lack of professional teachers.The research of robot curriculum system and effective teaching mode in basic education still needs further exploration.This paper attempts to study the design and application of robot courses in the early stage of primary school,with the WeDo robot oriented to the younger learners as the platform support.From three aspects of current situation investigation,curriculum design and application research,the following problems are solved:"What is the teaching status of robot course in school,and which mode of robot course is used to teach in practical teaching is more effective?" "," How to design a robot course with practical value and reference significance?",the robot course in practice what problems exist,how to apply the effect,how should the concrete improve?" "?This study is mainly composed of the following six chapters:Chapter I:Introduction.In this part,it mainly expounds the background,research problems,research objectives,contents and ideas ofthe research,and through the analysis of the literature,it combs the relevant status of robot education at home and abroad,and further clarifies the key points that need to be studied.Chapter II:Related concepts and theoretical basis.This part defines the concepts of robot education,robot course,curriculum design and junior primary school students.And it expounds the theoretical basis of the research and the guiding significance to this research.Chapter Three:Investigation on the present situation of robot course teaching in XI'an city.I use the form of questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the teaching situation of robot course in primary school in Xi ' an for understanding the problems existing in the teaching of robot course in primary school,and providing reference for the follow-up research.Chapter four:Robot Course design and development based on WeDo platform.This study takes the public children's Palace in a district of Xi ' an as the teaching practice base,combined with the present situation of the school robot course,the research mainly follows the target mode to design and develop the robot course in the research.This part mainly includes the early analysis of Robot course(curriculum orientation,study analysis,theoretical basis,design principles),course Content selection and textbook development,curriculum teaching activity design,curriculum evaluation strategy design.Chapter five:the Teaching practice of robot course based on WeDo platform.This research selects two first-year students of the children's Palace in a district of Xi ' An to be the teaching object,and makes use of a year's time to carry out two rounds of action research.In the first round of action research,the curriculum is initially practiced,and the problems in the curriculum are found,and the plan is perfected,and the second round of action research is carriedChapter six:the research summary and the prospect.This part mainly completes the summary of the whole research,and expounds the innovation point of the research,the limitation of the research and the prospect of the research.The curriculum design scheme completed in this study has carried out two rounds of practice in a school,and it is necessary to continue to carry out practical research and continuously innovate and perfect the course in the future.
