Background:speed quality is a very important physical quality in people's life and sports.It is one of the objective bases for the selection of athletes in some sports,a very important index for the evaluation of physical health level,and an objective basis for the measurement of the level of physical training and competitive ability.As one of the five basic qualities of human body,speed quality is the basis of developing othersports.Speed quality has a very high proportion in the physical health test of students from primary school to university.Speed is not only very important in the short and middle distance running of track and field,but also very important for various sports.In a word,improving speed quality is very important in modern sports,and there are many targeted training methods.Rope ladder training is a relatively new training method of sensitive quality and speed quality,but the method of rope ladder training is widely used in the training of professional athletes,while it is rarely used in the primary school physical education teaching.Combining with the sensitive period of speed quality development,whether the rope ladder training can improve the speed quality of primary school students better.Objective:the purpose of this study is to carry out ladder training of different training hours for the fourth grade pupils in the sensitive period of speed quality development,and to explore the influence of ladder training on speed quality of pupils.Methods:literature research,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in this paper.Taking the students of three classes in the fourth grade of Beijing Experimental School as the experimental subjects,each class of the ladder class was given 20 minutes of ladder training,each class of the ladder+ core strength class was given 10 minutes of ladder training and 10 minutes of core strength training,and each class of the control class was given 20 minutes of teaching content specified in the school syllabus.This study used spss20.0 to conduct paired sample t-test and one-way ANOVA for the experimental data obtained from pretest and posttest.Results:(1)displacement speed:the test data before and after the 30 meter run showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the ladder class,ladder+core strength class and the control class in the 30 meter run;the test data before and after the 10 meter turn back run showed that the post test score of the ladder class was significantly higher than the pre test(P<0.05);the ladder+core strength class had extremely significant difference There was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).(2)Movement speed:the test data before and after 10s high leg lifting showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the rope ladder class and the core strength class(P>0.05);the test data before and after 20s repeated side step showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the rope ladder class and the core strength class(P<0.05);the test data before and after 20s repeated side step showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the rope ladder class and the core strength class(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).(3)Reaction speed:the test data before and after the selection of reaction time showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the ladder class and the core strength class,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the control class and the ladder class.(4)Core strength:the test data before and after back muscle strength showed that the ladder class had extremely significant difference(P<0.01);the ladder+core strength class had extremely significant difference(P<0.01);the control class had extremely significant difference(t=0.56,P>0.05).(5)Lower extremity explosive force:the test data of standing long jump showed that there was significant difference between ladder class and core strength class(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two classes(t=-1.97,P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)the training method of the rope ladder class can promote the 10 meter turn back running of displacement speed,10 second high leg lifting and 20 second repeated side stride of primary school students,the selective reaction time of reaction speed,the back muscle strength of strength quality and the standing long jump of explosive force of lower limbs.(2)The training method of rope ladder+ core strength class can promote the 10 meter turn back run of displacement speed,20 second side step of movement speed,the choice of reaction time of reaction speed,the back muscle strength of strength quality and the standing long jump of explosive force of lower limbs.(3)The training method of the control class can promote the back muscle strength of the pupils.(4)Among the training methods of rope ladder class and rope ladder+ core strength class,the training method of rope ladder+ core strength class is better in the project with higher requirements for the core strength of the subjects,and the training method of rope ladder class is better when the requirements for the core strength are lower.
