With the current deepening of the reform of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities in China,how to improve the basic sports theory knowledge,skills and skills of students in badminton general courses in an effective time is now the focus of badminton course teaching reform.As a high-intensity competitive sport,badminton requires the trainer to have good special movement speed ability.No matter in badminton teaching or training,the training of special movement speed occupies a large proportion.In the traditional badminton teaching and training,there are many training methods for moving speed.Although it also has certain scientific and practical effects,many students have started traditional moving speed training from the initial contact with sports.Novel and unique training methods to mobilize students' enthusiasm,and rope ladder training as an emerging physical training method,now professional training teams and special courses are more commonly used by students,but in ordinary college badminton general courses,its popularity is not high.At the same time,referring to the literature,it is found that the combined training methods of modern rope ladder training are mostly used in the training of badminton footsteps with sensitive qualities,but there are few trainings to improve the specific movement speed of badminton trainers.In addition,through the study of rope ladder training in the teaching and training of college badminton general courses,it provides a novel training method for college badminton general courses students in the special movement speed training,and also provides a theoretical reference for the teaching of college badminton teachers.With practical support.Therefore,this paper adopts research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.to organize and summarize the existing rope ladder training methods,and summarizes the training methods that have an effect on the improvement of the special movement speed.According to the badminton project Make certain innovations and arrangements to develop a rope ladder training method suitable for students in general courses.Experimental research and analysis on the influence of rope ladder training on the special movement speed ability of college badminton students in general courses were conducted,and 48 male students in Tianjin badminton courses were used as experimental objects to conduct a comparative experiment between the experimental group and the control group.The control group carried out traditional movement speed exercises plus special footwork exercises in the formal class,while the experimental group carried out rope ladder training plus special footwork exercises in the formal class.In the experimental group and the control group,the training content,training intensity,and training time are the same except that the training methods for the specific movement speed ability are different.After 12 weeks of training:(1)After 12 weeks of traditional special movement speed training,the control group reflected the rapid reaction ability of the lower limb movements,that is,the indicators of lower limb explosive force,the long jump and vertical jump touch were significantly improved(P <0.05),which reflected the short distance rapid movement The speed index of 30 meters speed running has also been significantly improved(P <0.05),and at the same time,it reflects the badminton special footwork movement speed index 5 times before and after footwork positive effect on the special movement speed ability of students in badminton general courses.(3)After 12 weeks of rope ladder training intervention,an independent sample T test was performed on the post-experiment data of the experimental group and the control group,the result showed P <0.05,indicating that the rope ladder training group students and the traditional moving speed training control group students The differences in the special movement speed capabilities are significant.Through a comparative analysis of the growth rate,the results show that the rope ladder training is better than the traditional mobile speed training in improving the speed of the special footwork,especially for linear acceleration,deceleration,braking,left and right rotation,left and right movement,multi-directional The effect of rope ladder training on movement,rhythm of footwork movement and cohesion ability is more significant.
