With the development of modern basketball, the degree of competition is becoming more and more fierce, the proportion of three-point ball in the game is more and more high, the accuracy of three-point ball shooting is also widely valued by coaches and some amateur basketball enthusiasts. And in the game,in situ three-point jump shot action and basketball tactics more in line with the ball break to outside teammates to create a space pass, teammates catch the ball in situ three-point jump shot. The purpose of this study is to explore the technical action process of basketball players in situ three-point jump shot,to find out the common problems existing in different athletes in the process of completing the action, and to provide a reference for the correct mastery and skillful use of the original three-point jump shot in teaching practice, sports training and competition in the future. In this study, two basketball players in the school basketball team of Mudanjiang Normal University who have reached the national second level and four general level are tested by using high-speed camera and three-dimensional force measuring platform, and the video information collected is processed by APAS three-dimensional video analysis system, and the APAS system is processed by using Excel and SPSS13.0 Three dimensional analytical system is used to analyze the experimental results.Based on the analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions are concluded:1.The longer or shorter the time spent in the take-off stage, the different degrees affect the take-off speed of the athletes. The higher the coordination ability of the upper and lower limbs, the better the take-off speed, thus effectively increasing the take-off height.2.In the stage of taking off,the speed of body center of gravity is negatively correlated with the height of taking off,and the time of taking off increases with the height of taking off.The angle and speed of the hand will vary according to the height and muscle strength. The higher the height is,the higher the angle is,and the faster the muscle strength is.3.In the landing buffer stage, the ankle buffered most of the impact of the ground on the human body, and played a crucial role in this stage;while the hip joint angle change range is small, which is more conducive to maintaining the stability of the body.
