In the basketball game,jump shot is the main scoring means or skills,but basketball belongs to the skill dominated antagonistic events,most of the jump shots of the players are carried out under the strict defense of the other side.The fierce physical confrontation requires athletes to keep a good quality all the time,which plays an important role in maintaining and playing the strength,speed,coordination and other qualities for a long time.Therefore,in today's basketball training,more and more attention has been paid to the training of these qualities.Among them,the core strength training is a kind of strength training method that many scholars and coaches pay close attention to and try constantly.In practice,core strength training is widely used in the field of basketball training.The research results of core strength training in academic research are also quite rich.At present,there is the same cognition in the field of practice and academic field,that is to say,core strength training can enhance the strength of small deep muscle groups,effectively activate the deep nervous system muscles,and then not only improve the strength of muscle groups in the core areas of athletes,but also improve the stability of movement and coordination of the body,so as to improve the level of basketball skills.However,most of the practical and academic researches are at the level of attempt and ambiguity,while the research on the relationship and influence of core strength training on a certain skill is still blank.In view of the importance of the basketball jump shot and the important role of the core strength,this study combines the two,trying to explore the core strength training methods for the jump shot.This paper takes 20 basketball majors of Shandong Institute of physical education as the research object,uses the research methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,experiment and mathematical statistics,and solicits the opinions of many experts and coaches,and formulates the experimental program of core strength training.20 basketball majors are divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 10 people,before and after the experiment After that,we test the hit rate of the twogroups of athletes,and verify the effect of the core strength training on the ability of jump shot.Through the analysis and demonstration of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After eight weeks of strength training,the students in the experimental group and the control group who did not participate in the core strength training had a certain improvement in the hit rate of five point jump shot,one minute jump shot and dribble emergency stop jump shot.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the hit rate of five point jump shot.But there is a significant difference between the one minute jump shot and the dribble stop jump shot.This should be related to the core strength training can effectively improve the stability of the core area,physical coordination.2.Through the results of the competition,it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the two groups of students before and after the experiment in the case of no defense,and in the case of defense,the shooting rate of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.This should also be related to the core strength training can effectively improve the stability of the core area,physical coordination.3.From the experimental results,to a certain extent,the selected core strength training method is effective for improving the hit rate of jump shot.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.In the process of this experiment,due to the relatively small number of experimental objects and the general low level of exercise of experimental objects,in the future experiment,we should increase the number of experimental objects,for example,increase the number of players in each group to 24,and select high-level basketball players to participate in the experimental research,for example,select professional basketball players in Shandong Province,so as to be able to better improve The persuasiveness of the research results.2.For basketball players with different positions,different shapes and differenttraining years,different core strength training programs should be designed,and the training methods,contents and intensity should be reasonably controlled.3.Core strength training and the original strength training have their own advantages.As a training method for the core muscles and small muscle groups of athletes,core strength training should also rely on the original strength training as the basis,so as to better complete the training objectives.
