Research purpose: The study analyzed the process of technical movements of second-grade basketball players independently enrolled by colleges and non-grade basketball players exclusively selected when they do jump-shooting in situ.Based on data collected from surface electromyographic tester,the IEMG value,RMS value and contribution rate of muscles making efforts at different phases are analyzed quantitively.Meanwhile,Whether there is a significant difference between the two kind of basketball players in IEMG value,RMS value and contribution rate of muscles when they succeed and fail the jump-shooting is compared.The muscle conditions are concluded when the muscles make efforts to do jump-shooting at different phases.This study provides a theoretic references for players to command the jump-shooting skills in daily teaching practice and sports training.Research method: The Italian BTS FREEEMG300 wireless surface electromyograp hic tester is used to record and process the electromyographic signals.The surface ele ctromyographic signals are collected by twin electrodes with a distance of 2cm betwee n them at a frequency of 1000 Hz with a filter of 50-500 Hz.The software BTSFREEE MG is used to process the signals collected.The camera is used to record in synchro ny the movements when players do jump-shooting.Research conclusions:(1)When a player holding a ball squats,the gastrocnemius muscle and rectus femoris muscle play the leading role,followed by biceps brachii muscle.There is no significant difference between the main power muscles of the second-level basketball players in hits and misses.There was a significant difference between the RMS and integral EMG values of the left latissimus dorsi muscle of the non-grade athletes,and the left erector spine muscle of the two athletes had a significant difference in the case of miss.The main acting muscles are biceps brachii and rectus femoris.Triceps brachii does not play a very important role in holding the ball and squatting.(2)When a player lifts a ball and starts jumping,Secondary basketball players play a major role in biceps brachii,triceps brachii andflexor carpi radialis,followed by rectus femoris and right erector spine muscle.The biceps brachii and rectus femoris muscles of non-grade athletes are acting muscles.The RMS value and contribution value of the flexor carpi radialis were significantly different in jump shot.There is a significant difference in the integral EMG of the flexor carpi radialis between the two when the jump shot is missed.There is no significant difference between the main power muscles of the two when the jump shot is missed and when the jump shot is missed.(3)When a player bounces up and shots,The main muscles of the second-class basketball players are biceps brachii and right erector spine.The main muscles of the non-grade athletes are gastrocnemius,rectus femoris and biceps brachii.Both of them are more stable in hitting than in not hitting.When jump shot is missed,there are many muscles showing a large gap between the two sides.There was a significant difference in the muscle contribution of the right latissimus dorsi between the two sides when the jump shot hit,and a significant difference in the RMS value of the biceps brachii between the two sides when the jump shot missed.(4)When the ball leaves a player's hands as he is off the ground,The strength of biceps brachii,triceps brachii and flexor carpi radialis of second-class basketball players is not very stable,but other muscles have greater strength.The lower limb,trunk and upper limb muscles coordinate to produce higher muscle strength in the air release stage.The discharge of upper limb muscle was better in non-grade athletes,followed by the right rectus abdominis.There is a significant difference between the RMS value of the flexor carpi radialis muscle and that of the flexor carpi radialis muscle in jump shot.When the jump shot is missed,there is a certain gap between the strength of the muscles on both sides.(5)When a player falls to the ground and buffers,the major muscles making efforts are rectus femoris,followed by muscles of their torsos and rectus femoris as they hit the target.When the target is missed,the major muscles making efforts are biceps.The comparison on the three kinds of data of the two kinds when they hit or miss the target are no difference.
