Investigation Of The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of College Student Sports Associations In Xinxiang City

In recent years,our country around the goal of building a powerful sports country,comprehensively promote the work of various sports construction,and constantly improve the basic system of various sports.As an important aspect of sports construction,school physical education has made remarkable achievements in the process of promoting relevant policies.With the deepening of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities and the constant deepening of college students'attention to physical fitness activities,the influence of sports associations in colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.It has gradually become an indispensable part of campus culture construction and physical education work in colleges and universities,which has attracted great attention from university leaders and college students.Taking the development of sports associations in 8 colleges and universities in Xinxiang City as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire investigation,on-the-spot investigation,interviews,literature materials and other research methods to study the basic situation of sports associations in colleges and universities in Xinxiang City.The status of activities,institutional management,publicity and communication,existing problems and the perceptions and attitudes of teachers and students to associations have been investigated and studied,and corresponding recommendations and measures have been put forward,In order to provide some reference for the development and construction of college sports associations in other areas.The results show that at present the overall development of college sports associations in Xinxiang City is in a vigorous and upward state:(1)the university associations in Xinxiang City have established relatively perfect rules and regulations and management system;(2)there are many kinds of sports associations,with a wide range of projects,mainly concentrated in ball clubs with a large mass base and dance martial arts associations.In recent years,the number of newly developed recreational sports associations has increased rapidly;(3)the male-female ratio of the association is balanced but the grade ratio is unbalanced;(4)the coaching level of the association is better,and the satisfaction of the members is higher;(5)there are still some aspects such as the facilities of the community,the investment of funds,the level of activities and the stability of the personnel,etc.There are some common problems existing in sports associations in colleges and universities in China,such as:lack of material conditions,more restrictions on activities,less foreign exchanges,lack of social support,low level of activities,poor quality and so on.In view of the present situation and problems existing in the development of college sports associations in Xinxiang City,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on both schools and associations in the hope that they can improve the external environment and perfect the internal construction of college sports associations.The specific suggestions on the school policy system are as follows:(1)it is suggested that schools should establish a unified association activity day,optimize the utilization rate of school space and equipment,and provide preferential treatment policies such as giving priority to the use of the right to use for associations;(2)to broaden the publicity channels of the associations,to create a campaign for the publicity of the associations at the school level,and to expand the publicity efforts of the associations;(3)to incorporate the activities of the teachers and members into the school-related assessment system for the purpose of The professional skills of sports associations and the stability of the participants lay the foundation;(4)set up special sports association federations,establish the evaluation system of sports associations,and provide some bonus support for sports associations.The specific measures in the community itself are as follows:(1)give full play to their own advantages,perfect the source channels of funds,balance the proportion of expenditure of funds,(2)expand the strength of network propaganda;(3)enrich the diversity and continuity of activities,carry out inter-school activities and form brand events,so as to improve the influence of associations;(4)pay attention to cultivating the culture of associations,and establish a reasonable incentive mechanism within the associations.And to increase the sense of honor and the sense of belonging.
