Music, for had a profound influence on Chinese history, is the embodiment of civilization of the Chinese nation. Constantly changing dynasties in history, in the long river of time, the pace of the social civilization progress faster and faster, music also with constantly evolving history. Music education from ancient to contemporary China through thousands of years in China, the cycle changing from prosperity to recession. But, unfortunately, music education in the long river of history gradually neglected the decay, it is a great loss to the Chinese nation. Today, with the deepening of reform and opening-up, the national special needs morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue all-round development of high-quality talent, vertical time request we want to change the old culture education concept, improve the level of student’s quality comprehensively, causes the student to accept high quality education in an all-round way.At present, the classroom music teaching in China is the most extensive, most basic forms of education. With the constant improvement of the quality education, in music teaching in China is more and more attention, and the reform of curriculum standard is for the music education the popularization and development of prescriptive and normative construction. Until 2014 our country music curriculum from the exploration to the reform and development through decades of change, in terms of promote the development of music, our country’s education sector since 1956 to develop primary and secondary school music teaching outline in 2012 to compulsory education music course standard, the full implementation of the overall national ministry of education and individual provinces, elementary school for music education is more and more attention, the elementary school music education, therefore also had the very big progress, but only in many adverse factors in the development of music education work always less than healthy harmonious benign development, how to improve the primary school music education quality and the result is the top priority is imperative.National ministry of education, from teaching concept, teaching means and teaching achievements lifted the music course standard, prompted China’s music education with the world music education practice to realize standardization and sensitization. There are some shortcomings of shortcomings in the current music education elementary school, such as: students and their parents do not realize the importance of music learning. Teachers’ qualification level the good and bad are intermingled; Social music education blindly use teaching materials to the formal system of learning music; Outside the for-profit institutions for training teaching, teaching and education mode not guaranteed; Yet as we face the music education work education should be how to solve the problems of such as: abandon the traditional education concept, improve the music education status; Clear elementary school music education, perfect the corresponding theory of new curriculum standard, strengthening the elementary school music education funding and the growth of the music teacher; Improve the quality of school classroom music teaching and develop students extracurricular independent music ability, use a variety of music teaching materials. This paper from the different Angle of view of Xinxiang city Weibin district elementary school teachers to form, music teaching facilities, the configuration of the music curriculum, teachers’ teaching methods and students’ own quality after extensive and detailed investigation, according to the current status of school teaching, the primary school music education to make a real, objective evaluation, and to search out how to solve elementary school music education related problems, efforts to improve the quality of broadening the music teaching of primary school.
