As an important role in modern chain enterprises,the store manager is not only an important image representative of the chain enterprises,but also the top manager of the chain enterprises,an important hub connecting the company and employees,the company and customers,and the key to achieve the business objectives of the chain enterprises.Therefore,the level of its professional level and professionalism is directly related to the success or failure of the entire store operation.In recent years,with the further development of chain enterprises in the service industry,the lack of management ability of store managers has become a constraint to the rapid expansion of many chain enterprises.What effective measures should be taken to improve the management ability of store managers of chain enterprises has become a topic that more and more industrial enterprises pay attention to and think about.X Hip-hop&Jazz Dance Training School is a local chain enterprise in Liaocheng,Shandong Province.Through the development of nearly ten years,it gradually found out a set of management mode,and achieved considerable scale benefit through chain operation.However,with the further rapid expansion of the enterprise,the negative impact of the insufficient management ability of the branch manager on the enterprise has become increasingly prominent,which has become a major problem faced by the current development of the company.Although the company usually pays attention to the management of the training of the store manager,and has taken some measures accordingly,the effect is general.Therefore,how to effectively improve the management ability of store managers to solve the gap of high-quality talents has become the most urgent demand of the company's management layer.Based on scientific management theories,competency model theories,and performance improvement theories,this article reviews the literature on the improvement of management ability of middle management personnel,especially store managers.Via the current situation of existing manager X Hip-hop&Jazz Dance Training School management ability analysis,elaborated at present,the company is the lack of clear responsibility,competence quality model has not been established due to the insufficient system,performance evaluation of training plans and programs focus on process,lack of long-term incentive for the manager and the manager of the management work of the evaluation and feedback.Based on the construction of the job responsibility standard and the management competency model of the store manager,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as the evaluation of the store manager's management competency,the establishment of the targeted training system for the improvement of the store manager's competency,the performance e-valuation and evaluation index based on the position of the store manager and the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the multi-channel store manager's working capability Improve the comprehensive management ability of store managers Overall,research results of this paper is with significant reference value for X Hip-hop&Jazz Dance Training School,while rapidly expanding,Build up the store manager's ability to improve under the background and ensure the supply of premium talents.Meanwhile,it also acts as a helpful reference to the management of other chain operation enterprises.
