With rapid development of economy in our country,most parents have lived through difficult days.Now they pay more attention to their children’s education with better life but fewer children,especially those 80 and 90’s parents.Located in midland of China,H is always a province famous of education,which has contributed large quantity of talents to our country every year,shows its great efforts on education.At the same time,the M Company has developed in such environment for over 20 years and become an education giant.Since 2008,the training institutions aiming at traditional K12(kindergarten through twelfth grade,refers to the twelve years education from kindergarten,as general term of basic education stage)have been sprung up like mushrooms after rain.Especially after 2012,many small institutions continuously get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh,improving customer service and impacting M company greatly who still follow traditional education administration methods.With above mentioned background,according to varies of exploringand investigation,M Company decided to proceed with informationized transformation at the end of 2015 with Business & Operation Support System(called Boss system in following content)based on SaaS Mode(Software-as-a-Service),which was created by X Company.Relating to the frequent delay problem of project process,combining with the study of Boss system project by M enterprise and large amount of document literature,I have researched the project process arrangement cases and theories of leading industry training institution.With utilizing the critical chain method and statistical analysis method,the overall research of project planning,improving and practice process control have been performed,and plans of project process arrangement have been made with practice examine,ensuring the project can be finished successfully and also to be example of further similar project arrangement.
