| In 2019,the State Council issued the implementation plan of national vocational education reform,which reflects the higher requirements of the state for vocational education personnel training.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education.How to make the talent supply side of secondary vocational education more consistent with the demand side of enterprises has become an important issue of secondary vocational education.The skilled talents trained under the single teaching mode are misplaced with the job demand of enterprises.In order to improve students’ ability to adapt to career development,secondary vocational education urgently needs to enrich and improve the teaching method system and improve students’ vocational adaptability.This paper explores the problems existing in the application of problem string teaching method in the course of chain store operation management in secondary vocational schools,analyzes its causes,and puts forward some suggestions on applying problem string teaching method to improve students’ learning effect.Question string teaching method is a kind of question teaching method.In essence,it is also a supplement and improvement to question teaching method.It is a skill of classroom teaching organization.The implementation of problem string teaching method can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and enable students to actively participate in classroom activities,so as to improve teaching effect,improve students’ problem-solving ability and train students’ logical thinking ability.The article mainly includes two parts: theoretical research and practical research.In the theoretical research part,through the literature method,find the literature related to the research topic,understand the origin of the problem string teaching method,summarize the definition of the problem string teaching method and the research status at home and abroad,and sort out the theoretical basis of the problem string teaching method.In the practical research part,through interviews,teaching practice and student feedback,the author deeply studied the application process of the problem string teaching method in the course of chain store operation and management in secondary vocational schools.The author found that although the students’ learning interest and enthusiasm were greatly improved in the process of implementing the problem string teaching method,the author reflected on the teaching process and found that there were still some problems in the use of the problem string teaching method,It summarizes the problems existing in the two stages of teaching design and teaching implementation,such as the creation of problem situation at will,the low quality of problem string,the simple presentation of problem string and so on.Finally,it analyzes the causes of the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of teaching design and teaching implementation.Teaching design: students should be the center,and the design of problem series should follow the principles of moderation and inspiration;Reference materials,teaching reference and Internet resource design problems;The question string should be consistent with the learning situation,logical,interesting and situational.Teaching implementation: we should adjust the difficulty and gradient of problems in time based on the learning situation;We should deal with the relationship between the presupposition and generation of problems;We should grasp the opportunity to ask questions and find the starting point of the problem;Teachers need to change the traditional teaching ideas and hand over the classroom to students;We should also enrich our own knowledge reserves and teaching methods,and constantly accumulate experience in the use of problem string teaching method. |
