Experiment class is an important way for senior high students to master knowledge.It can also improve practical ability and cultivate cooperative innovation consciousness of senior high students.The experiment class pays attention to the creation of situation,which can effectively make students master knowledge better.Meanwhile,it has a certain cultivation of emotion and interest of students.According to research situation and the requirement of new curriculum standard,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,interviewing method and literature research method to conduct the research.In order to improve the quality of biology experiment class and teaching ability of teachers in senior high school as well as the development of students’ core competence,the research took Mudanjiang No.2 Senior High School as an example to investigate the situational creation of the Five Standardized Teaching Mode(precise objective,hierarchical content,situational process,diversified method,diversified evaluation).The research results show that there are some objective or subjective situations in biology experiment teaching in Mudanjiang No.2 Senior High School.This paper has designed 4 situational teaching cases,they are respectively Detection of Carbohydrates,Fat and Protein in Biological Tissue,Separation and Restoration of Plant Cells,Extraction and Separation of Pigments from Green Leaves,Changes in Chromosomes Induced by Low Temperature.In these 4 cases,the experiment class and the control class were tested after using the appropriate teaching situations,the results of the experiment class were significantly higher than the control class.And for the experiment class,the results of post-test were significantly higher than that in pre-test,so it can be considered that the application of appropriate situations in biology experiment class can improve students’ performance.According to the present situation in senior high school,this paper put forward some practical suggestions on the creation of the biological experiment course situation,summarized the suitable situation types for the creation of the biology experiment class,and finallyproposed the idea of creating the teaching situation: creating the teaching situation to introduce the experiment → creating the situation to guide the students to master the experimental principle → communicating and summing up the echo situation.
